Pros:

The location is unbeatable! Many people stay in Taksim square instead but this property has the very best location in my opinion. Close to all main historical sites, ferry’s to Asian side, Beyoğlu area and located in Kadikoy port area. I was stressed about being in such a big city in the wrong area. This was perfect!

Also no noice around even tho there are bars and restaurants extremely close. Staff was very nice and hospital and I would stay here again.

Cons:

We are a young couple mostly exploring the city. I would not recommend this hotel for guests looking to stay on property. This was just a bed for us in the perfect location! There is very limited facilities and we did not get cleaning of our room for 5 nights. However we Didint mind and I am sure if we had requested they would have cleaned for us!

Great people, bad room
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Amazing location.

Cons:

The room was pretty dirty, especially the kitchen wall which was full of fatty splash from people who cooked there before. The whole room is full of much needed repair, including the broken toilet seat and toilet brush. There were protruding rusty nails on the floor. There is an electrical panel in the room with a broken door. Overall, great people, pretty bad room.

Pros:

Ich war für vier Tage in Istanbul zu Besuch. Das Hotel ist für alleinreisende absolut perfekt. Inmitten eines pulsierenden Quartiers aber trotzdem extrem ruhig. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 Minuten bei der Galabrücke von wo aus mit der Strassenbahn jegliche Ziele gut erreichbar sind. Auch das Quartier Karaköy lässt sich von dort aus tiptop zu Fuss entdecken!

La chambre est bien, fonctionnelle . Le personnel est sympathique, bien placé dans istanbul.
Le menage peut etre fait tous les jours !
Nous confirmons cependant les avis précédents, nous etions au 3 eme etage, et l aeration faisait entrer l’odeur de cigarette du 4 eme etage…

il signore all’ingresso salva la struttura, veramente troppo gentil e disponibile! La zona è perfetta per visitare

Cons:

La struttura puzza di fumo e le camere non sono pulite, sono molto piccole con vista muro. le lenzuola sono scadenti e per lo stesso prezzo ci sono alberghi molto più validi, mi è spiaciuto molto!

A cozy place run by genuinely kind people
Pros:

What I loved the most was the kindness and willingness of the owner and all the staff. From the very first day, they made us feel at home, always attentive to every detail. When we had to extend our stay at the last minute, the owner helped us right away, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders and allowed us to keep enjoying Istanbul peacefully.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was perfect —the location, the cleanliness, the comfort, and above all, the hospitality. Maybe just that I wish I could have stayed longer 😅

We had a great stay and our luggage did show up in time to get on the ship!
Pros:

Malik is the young man who checked us in. He was a great help during our stay. Our luggage did not arrive with us and he went out of his way to try to make sure we got it before we boarded our cruise ship. He told us the best way to get around town. He also helped us walk to the ship with our luggage. The room was quaint and comfortable. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, we were able to walk to a lot of great spots.

Cons:

Unfortunately it is an older building and does not have an elevator. We were in the 4th floor.
