👍
We have gone here many times! It is a basic room with simple mattresses. No amenities in the room. No tv, just a mattress and a wall and an air conditioner but it doesn’t really work.
We use to pay $25 a night which I felt was fair for what you get. But the last time we went they said that it was now $50 a night even though I showed them a receipt for $22 a night that booking said it was. They were going to kick us out even though we were regulars. They are getting greedy and the hotel is t worth $50 a night so we will be staying somewhere else. Which is sad because we liked to support them.
The attention for the owner and your personal
Don’t have a hot water
There was nothing to like. I called ahead to confirm our arrival and Alejandro, the owner greeted me by telling me that he tried to contact me to let me know that he did not have a room for me. Which as you know, you are supposed to do through the booking.com app, but there's no record of any attempt to contact us. We had already driven 2 1/2 hours when he told us this. We had to look around for over an hour for different accommodations once we arrived into Juigalpa.
The ownership...the place has a lot of potential, but the owner seems very unprofessional and disorganized.
Nada
Very quite and secure. Staff very friendly.
The bedsheets and the pillows were moldy. The hotel is really unsanitary. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Buenisimos
Every thing perfect
Great location! Nice friendly staff and nice clean basic ammenities
There’s no tv which is fine but it would be nice
It had a huuuge bed, pretty cool. Also had a second bed which I didn't used but still nice. They provided me with towels which is cool, I arrived at 2 pm, left for a party and came back at 2 am lmao, that was great.
Well it didn't had a kitchen so that means no breakfast of course, I couldn't pay with my cards, the room smelled like mold, it doesn't have hot showers, no shampoo. No reception, just a woman who greeted me and gave me the key. It looked kinda spooky tbh, the second floor was creepy with no ceiling (I think the rooms have but the halway doesn't at least).
