Kazano mi na miejscu drugi raz zapłacić za parking pomimo iż rezerwacja opłacona z góry przewidywała parking (mimo iż było to wprost zapisane na potwierdzeniu).

Kazano mi też drugi raz na miejscu zapłacić za śniadanie, które miałem wg mojej wiedzy wykupione w ramach rezerwacji- brak było go na potwierdzeniu więc nie bylem w stanie tego udowodnić- patrząc na kwestie parkingu pewnie byłoby to bez znaczenia. Rezerwując sugeruje wybierać opcję bez śniadania bo to podejście hotelu i brak potwierdzenia zdarzyło mi się już w tym hotelu.

Moje przejścia z tym hotelem gdzie nocowałem ponad 100 x doprowadziły do tego że była to moja ostatnia wizyta w nim. Miałem już kiedyś przypadek że dostałem pokój niesprzątnięty, innym razem w łazience były niesprAtniete damskie artykuły po higienie osobistej które hotel sugerował mi samemu sprzątać jak mi się nie podoba i chce szybko. Albo dostać całkowicie zaczadzony papierosami pokój. Tym razem z kolei miałem wrócić w środku nocy i dowiedziałem się w recepcji że nie będzie z tym problemu bo recepcja jest całodobowa, po podjechaniu Uberem (kierowca jest świadkiem) 20 minut w środku nocy dobijałem do do drzwi i dopiero wtedy mi otworzono.

Dodam, że pomimo iż nocowałem w hotelu ponad 100 razy zawsze jestem pytany czy jestem pierwszy raz w hotelu- Załoga albo nie interesuje się klientami, albo sie często zmienia. Nie sprzyja to jakości. Radzę unikać.
