Clean, comfortable, and fabulous food!
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel with an absolutely fabulous restaurant. This was our second stay (first was November 2022). We chose to stay again just to have the seafood chowder! Pleased to say it was still as stunningly good as 3+ years ago!

Cons:

Hard to sleep due to room being so close to statehighway. Trucks passing caused windows to vibrate very loudly.

Convenient if doing business in Katikati
Pros:

Breakfast was non-applicable. Location was convenient but noisy (road noise). Staff were welcoming. Restaurant was the high point.
