The rooms were fine and big in size
There was no fooding available in Hotel for 2 days as they said they didnt have GAS.. Basic Glass also not provided by staff for drinking water, we had to ask for Glass...

I know i have been charged and hefty amount for that room because of unavailability of the dates..and i specifically wanted to reach at that dates so I have to pay the extremely 7 star hotel charge which is 12000 for that one room as I had no other options..so the amount which I paid for the room is not worth in any way possible to.meet as a class one hotel room..its just that I would never stay in that price in same hotel not more than 3000 per room is the actual price of that room hotel

The reception area & the open dining room
1. The approach is unacceptable; it is on the first floor & no proper person to attend.
2. I was charged more than the card rate. The card rate was Rs. 2500 including breakfast + Taxes
3. While booking I was given to understand the Total cost as Rs. 2816, at the hotel I was told to pay taxes as extra,
4. Room cleanliness is wanting, there is too much dust in the balcony even after requesting it was not cleaned.
5. No proper security , I had parked my car in lonely basement without any security presence

It was so damn bad that there was a lizard and many cobwebs. It was like living in a jungle but after paying money. This hotel should be closed

Location is good if you go kokan from there then this is perfect location for you for next day. Room size also good.
Bathroom size is small and need to big bathroom compare to room size.and prize is also expensive compared to location.
Overall stay was good. Breakfast quite sumptuous. Rest everything was too good as expected. Would like to visit again for sure.
