SĪMANIS Boutique Hotel

Kuldīga is regular destination for me. I was thinking that I know a lot about places where to stay there. This is new and excellent discovery for me. It’s not a hotel only, it is a house with history. Nice book available to read about building transformation to hotel.
On top of all mentioned-excellent breakfast provided in restaurant building next to the hotel.
Recommend this place for travelers looking for safe, comfortable stay with excellent service.

Viesnīca ar dvēseli, kur piedomāts pie katras detaļas un var redzēt visu to enerģiju, kas tajā ir ieguldīts. Ļoti īpaša vieta!
Vienīgais, ka priecātos par nokļūšanas un mašīnas parkošanas precīziem norādījumiem, kas būtu palīdzoši.

Yhteydenpito hotellin henkilökuntaan sujui helposti WhatsAppin ja sähköpostin välityksellä. Saimme ajo- ja parkkiohjeet kuvan kera. Meitä oltiin sovitusti vastassa hotellin edessä. Maksuton autoparkki on iso plussa. Hotelli on aikamatka menneisyyteen, mutta samalla nykyaikainen varustelultaan. Yleisissä tiloissa ja huoneessa on rustiikkinen kaunis sisustus. Huone on siisti, puhdas. Viehättävät ruutuikkunat olivat kirkkaat ja puhtaat. Tilava ja tukeva sänky, erittäin miellyttävän tuntuiset vuodevaatteet. Raikas huoneilma. Ilmastointi helteellä oli välttämätön!! Suihkutila moderni ja suihku toimi erinomaisesti. WiFi toimi hyvin. Yöt olivat käsinkosketeltavan hiljaiset. Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus historiallisessa ympäristössä.

Cute little hotel, really keeping that boutique vibe. Location in old town, so all museums or best caffes, restaurants very close. Definitely worth coming back.

Very comfy room and friendly host. Unique rustic atmosphere, AC in the room. Perfect spot for exploring Kuldiga.

Liebevoll restauriertes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in zentraler aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Das Frühstück in der benachbarten Bar ist reichhaltig und gut.

Esam Kuldīgā bijuši vairākkārt un katrām naktsmājām ir bijis savs šarms, taču Sīmanis nu būs mūsu favorīts - jau no pirmajiem soļiem, kur pārsteidz katrs stūrītis! 🤩
Var uzcelt no jauna, taču mūsu acīs daudz lielāka vērtība ir šādām vietām, kas “izceltas” no drupām un atjaunotas ar lielu cieņu un pietāti pret vietas vēsturi. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Beautifully restored and unique

Wunderschön renoviertes altes Haus in Kuldiga mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr nette Dame am Empfang.

Das ist ein Boutique Hotel, das den Namen wirklich verdient! Es gibt nur eine Handvoll Zimmer, jedes ist sehr liebevoll individuell in einem eigenen Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist ein altes, frisch renoviertes Haus mitten im Herzen von Kuldiga. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, alles war super sauber, es gab eine Kapselmaschine und einen Wasserkocher am Zimmer und eine Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage zum Kühlen und Heizen, es gab auch gratis Wasser am Zimmer. Im Hof gab es eine gratis Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto zu jedem Zimmer.
Es gibt keine durchgehend besetzte Rezeption, sondern man bekommt über WhatsApp die Benachrichtung, wie man die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz findet und man muss 30 Minuten vor der Ankunft anrufen, damit jemand da ist für den Check-In.
Das Frühstück kann extra dazu genommen und muss am Vortag bestellt werden für einen fixen Zeitpunkt. Das wird dann im Lokal nebenan serviert und besteht aus einem fixen Set: ein Omelett mit Salat, Gemüse und Bacon, Brötchen mit Käse und Majo, Cottage-Cheese-Dalken mit Marmelade und Schlagobers. Dazu gibt es Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten und Saft. Für 13€ ein unschlagbarer Preis, es war unglaublich lecker und eine riesige Portion, wir konnten beim besten Willen nicht alles aufessen.
Die Lage in der Stadt war top. Die Frau, die uns eingecheckt hat, hat nicht sehr gut Englisch gesprochen, aber es hat alles geklappt mit ein paar Mal nachfragen. Über WhatsApp konnte man allfällige Fragen stellen, da wurde auch sehr prompt geantwortet. Ich würde hier definitiv wieder buchen und dann ein anderes Zimmer ausprobieren, weil ich neugierig bin wie das gestaltet wäre.
