Small-town charm, big-time service
Pros:

The service was impeccable. All information was very clear and useful, and if we had any questions or doubts about something it was very easy and quick to get it clarified. All our needs and requests were met promptly and handled with real care, which made the whole stay feel effortless.

Cons:

Nothing really to add. There isn't much parking available, but that's to be expected in a historic city like Kuldīga.

Ausgezeichnetes, familiäres & intimes Hotel in Klaipeda
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Da im August 2026 Bauarbeiten in der Strasse herrschten, war die Anfahrt etwas kompliziert. Aber die sehr freundliche Tochter des Besitzers führte uns zum Parkplatz (kostenlos). - Sehr freundlicher Empfang. - Großes Zimmer, sehr geschmackvoll. Alles gepflegt und sauber. - Das Hotel hat viel Atmosphäre, mit viel Mühen aufgebaut. Aussnahmsweise stimmt hier wirklich die Bezeichnung Boutique-Hotel. - Das Frühstück für 13 € gibt es auf Wunsch im Café direkt nebenan.

Das Internet war etwas schwach.

老房子改造的小酒店非常有魅力，位置优越就在老城中心地区，而且停车方便。因为谷歌地图导航有误，接待人员很热情发送地理位置信息，还让我们提前入住了。

Simanis was the perfect place to stay in in the charming town of Kuldiga!
Pros:

The property has been lovingly and creatively restored; it is beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. Katerina was a lovely host, flexible, relatable, and willing to show us more of the house when we expressed interest. We did not sign up for breakfast - simply because we had been eating too much! - , but it looked delicious and is a good value. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in this unique, small hotel.

Cons:

You can hear the other guests in the house, but it was very quiet from about 10 pm to 8 am, so it was not a problem.
