i booked this hotel online and they confirmed the booking. When i arrived, they told me to my face they do not allow international visitors. Is this racism? What do you want to rate when you portray this kind of behaviour???? I was jetlagged, tired and hungry you threw me out. Shame on you, shame on you a thousand times.
the discrimination is totally unacceptable. do not list your hotel if you have conditions that have to be met. Shame on you.
Cleanliness, especially washroom was bad, the locks were poor. Only good thing was kid staff and the prime location near to all the tech buildings

The staff were good. The location is close to the NOVOTEL Hotel and Hyderabad International Convention Centre.
The rooms are dark. There is no window. They did not provide anything other than beds in the hotel. The rooms are very depressing.
Location is close to HICC, though the actual street it is on, is very congested, hard to get to.
Building was not clean. Room was not clean. Bedsheets, towels were not clean.
I paid 2.5k a night, and it was not at all worth it.
I only like the location of this hotel because the Hitex exhibition center is near this hotel approximately 3.5 km
These hotel rooms are shown in this aap and directly i see the room is totally changed,i booked a classic room for 4 people in online but no classic or deluxe room,and hotel people telling first seen the room and totally room is small size, bed also Small my legs in out of the bed, no drinking water, no soap, shampoo and no door and bath room mat and i tell u for on line booking customers directly go see the rooms and book

There is noting to like about the property
Bed sheets / washrooms / slippery floor / no signals there is a lot to tell about it not at all recommend for family or couples
There was nothing to like horrible place to live
Could have improved services and provide value for money. Beds comfort were full of blood and facility was reluctant to fix the issues
The behaviour of the staff was great. The rooms were very neat and clean. All the facilities were well provided for. Very spacious and well-lit rooms. Reasonable prices.
1. We were three members but the bed was only for two people. Extra mat was provided to sleep on the floor for the third member.
2. Far from AIG, Hospital. Cost of transport was pretty high especially due to traffic.
