Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes Zimmer mit täglicher Reinigung und frischen Handtüchern. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr umfangreich und lecker 😋 Wir kommen gerne wieder 🤗

Cons:

The worst hotel experience in my life, I did book and pay in advance. Unfortunately photos are deceiving and hotel is horrible, I had many bags and also a wife and an infant. No one even bothered to help with bags at all (not even a courtesy) they simple watched as I loaded all the bags out of my car. Also construction noise was ongoing in the same floor as of the booked unit after which I decided to not stay and go look for another hotel. I paid more than 300 Euros and they refused to return even a dime. I would seriously ask anyone who wants to book this hotel to reconsider his decision. Don't be fooled by the reviews or the pictures!
