I had an excellent experience. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and professional, elThe room was spacious, well equipped, and cleaned. The service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Laayoune and would definitely stay here again.

Alapvetően azt a színvonalat hozta, amire számítottam, és amennyit az ára ért.
Pros:

Nem először szállok meg náluk, és általánosságban ismét jó tapasztalataim vannak. Múltkor például finom volt a reggeli, és a személyzet is kedves, segítőkész. A szobákban TV, tiszta ágyak, törülköző, kis szekrény, külön fürdőszoba áll rendelkezésre. Minden tiszta.

Cons:

A szobába lépve egy kicsit cigarettaszag volt, holott egyértelműen tilos az egész hotelben dohányozni. A szoba bejárati ajtaját nem lehetett bezárni, mert a zárbetét elcsúszott, így távol tartotta a zárnyelvet, ami nem kattant be a helyére: egy csavarral is meg lehetne oldani a helyzetet, de pont nem volt nálam. A tusoló egyszintben volt a fürdő talajával, amit alapvetően szeretek, de itt sajnos nem figyeltek a szintezésre, és minden víz a fürdő felé csorgott a lefolyó helyett. Repülőindulás miatt nagyon korán el kellett hagynom a szobát, még a reggeli kezdete előtt, ezt előző nap is bejelentettem, de nem készítettek legalább egy szendvicset. Tudom, nem elvárható, de jól esett volna. Kértem a recepcióst, hogy hívjon nekem taxit, mert ilyen kora reggel nem biztos, hogy az út szélén integetés segíteni fog, és valóban minden kihalt volt, de azt állította, hogy nincs központi hívható diszpécserszolgálat, így kijött velem integetni az útszélre. Öt perc után tényleg arra ment egy taxi, amit megállítottam.

Très bon séjour, je recommande.
Pros:

Hôtel propre, chambre confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. L'emplacement est pratique et le petit-déjeuner était satisfaisant. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Rien de particulier à signaler. Mon séjour s'est très bien passé.

Trés bien. Le monsieur de la reception a ete de bon conseil pour le choix du restaurant du soir. Le petit déjeuner en mode buffet très bon et nous avons fait la connaissance de Soukaina une jeune sénégalaise qui travaille sur place et qui a ete adorable avec nous et les enfants. En espérant la revoir inchalah. Merci pour tout.
