Cons:

Il riscaldamento con vecchi termosifoni, il letto vecchio da far venire mal di schiena, l’aspirapolvere nelle camere e nei corridoi le 8 del mattino . Lo staff della SPA mediocre è proiettato a vendere i prodotti invece di pensare alla tua soddisfazione.

Praticamente tutto. Zona spa meravigliosa. Noleggio sci all’interno dell’hotel. Servizio navetta impeccabile.

Cons:

Forse è un’opinione personale, ma avrei alzato la temperatura delle piscine. A mio parere troppo fredde per stare all’esterno.

Perfect
Pros:

Clean rooms + bathrooms and spacious room. Breakfast was amazing and a lot of healthy choices, which I really enjoyed. Super kind staff, wellness had a lot of great different things to enjoy like two saunas, steam bath, a pool.

Cons:

Location beautiful bc it's in the mountains but it is next to a road which you can hear whenever we were in the room that faces that road.

Très bel endroit pour visiter les lieux mythiques des Dolomites. Hôtel très bien équipé avec bel espace wellness et cuisine de très bonne qualité. Personnel aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable.

Pohodlný lyžařský wellness hotel
Pros:

Hotel je velmi přátelský, na klidném místě. Co oceňuji, je perfektně logisticky zvládnutá doprava k lanovkám.Od rána do pozdního odpoledne jezdí nonstop a přijede pro vás do několika minut od zavolání. Hotel je pohodlný, s příjemným personálem a vynikající kuchyní. Wellness je úžasně čisté, vždy je zásoba ručníků a čerstvého ovoce.

Cons:

V restauraci je od některých stolů přímý výhled na box, kde obsluha shromažďuje a likviduje zbytky jídla z talířů a teprve pak je odnáší, což není příjemný pohled.
