Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres
Donc obligé d’ouvrir les fenêtres le soir , chambre en bordure de route donc toute la nuit bruit des camions et voiture qui passent , dur pour dormir

The stay was relaxing and the exact thing you want on vacation

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate needs. The food was excellent and the facilities were relaxing after long days of hiking.

Struttura molto curata in una località incantevole

Come sono suddivisi le aree interne ed esterne. Molto bella la spa e wellness center,personale molto professionale , ottima accoglienza, cibo ricercato e di qualità

Cons:

Bagno un po’ piccolo, mancanza porta asciugamani, pochi ripiani per riporre le cose, refill dei prodotti bagno non fatto puntualmente ma su richiesta. L acqua potrebbe essere inclusa nella cena ( almeno la prima bottiglia).

הכל היה מושלם. רשמתי להם שאני חוגגת יום הולדת ובבוקר של היום הולדת באורחת הבוקר חיכתה לי מתנה על השולחן שלנו.

היה לנו שולחן קבוע לאורך השהות, רב המלצרים היה קבוע וכבר הכיר אותנו אישית, היה ממש קשוב.הבין שאנחנו ישראלים ושאל אם נרצה לקבל תפריט כשר לשישי או לאורך כל השהות.
פשוט היה מושלם.

מזעזע, יחס ממש לא מקצועי ולא נקי

היה חנייה חינם וכרטיס נסיעה באוטובוס

Cons:

מקום לא נקי בכלל, בלילה ראינו שיש לנו כתם על הסדין ביקשנו מנציגת הקבלה מצעים חדשים, היא לא נראתה מופתעת במיוחד והביאה לנו מצעים חדשים. לאחר מכן קלטנו שיש גם על השמיכה כתמים של מחזור!! ירדנו בהלם לקבלה, קיבלנו פרצוף חמוץ, שום סליחה או משהו בסגנון, אדישות מוחלטת ופרצוף חמוץ. מילא הלכלוך, אבל היחס שקיבלנו היה מזעזע. לא חוויתי שירות כזה בכל הטיול ויותר מזה בחיים לא קרה לי שהיה לי ככה כתמים על המצעים.

3-Star hotel with customer satisfaction is not a priority.
Cons:

3-Star hotel at best. We were not happy with the level of service or comfort at the hotel, compared to what online descriptions stated. So we decided to move after one night. The hotel offered no refund for the remaining 3 nights, even though they state that satisfaction is guaranteed. I have never had a hotel refuse either a full or partial refund when service and facilities are not acceptable. I highly suggest you do not stay at this hotel if you are hoping for a 4 to 4.5 Star hotel.

Pros:

Everything! Big and clean room, comfortable bed, delicious food ( half board : breakfast , afternoon snack and dinner) . Useful and very nice staff at the reception and in dinner room. Enjoyed a pleasant morning walk from the hotel to Corvara with very nice views of the mountains. The picnic organized by the hotel was amazing, in a perfect location 45 min from the hotel in passo del Erbe.

Cons:

No air conditioning, but didn' feel is messing

עיצוב שטחים ציבורים מאד יפה , ארוחת בוקר מושלמת , שרות מצוין . פעילות נהדרת מטעם המלון המשתנה מיום ליום : טיולים רגלים או טיולי אופניים עם מדריך , יוגה , מוסיקה וכו

Cons:

בחדר סטנדרט ,העיצוב מיושן לא תואם מלון ברמה כזו , החדר פונה לכביש רועש , מרפסת מיניאטורית , לא מאפשרת ישיבה לזוג . רצוי לשים לב בהזמנה בבחירת החדר .

A fantastic hotel to explore some of the best roads and places in the Dolomites
Pros:

Location is really good, food is very good , pools are great , all staff were excellent

Cons:

Our bedroom was a bit dark, had a table to sit at but only a table lamp, that was not ideal to read maps to plan our routes , air conditioning would have been nice as it was very hot!
