Si vous arrivez à faire abstraction de l’odeur persistante d’urine, de la moquette tachée, de la peinture qui s’effrite et même des excréments de chat dans les escaliers, alors cet hôtel pourrait peut-être vous convenir. Malheureusement, l’état général des lieux laisse clairement à désirer. La propreté est insuffisante et l’entretien semble inexistant. À éviter également pour les personnes sensibles à la poussière ou allergiques aux acariens : la literie et les chambres paraissent très peu entretenues. Une expérience globalement très décevante.

Nous avons logé dans l'hotel qu'une nuit puisse que apres nous ne sommes revenu, il y avait des arraignées mortes dans les lits et les toillettes avec la chasse non tiré donc le dernier a laisser ces excrement....
vraiment tres décu pour le prix de 268€ le 2 nuits

Top pour une étape ! Bonne accueil du gérant.

Petit déjeuner top ! Rapport qualité prix top
Bonne prise en compte d'un petit enfant en bas âge (payer un Petit déj sur deux)

Cons:

Établissement vieillissement (dans les années 70 et dans son jus) et manque un peu d'hygiène et de sécurité, par la vétusté de l'hôtel.
(Prise arraché du mur et manque de garde corps a la grande fenêtre de la chambre familiale)

Je ne suis restée qu'une seule nuit.
Pros:

Le lit double était confortable.
Les produits de toilette à disposition.
Bon accueil. Place de parking privé de l'hôtel appréciable.

Cons:

L'odeur d'urine de chat en arrivant à la réception.
Les joints de la douche pourraient être mieux nettoyés.
Pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler la réception ?!?

Horrible hotel of ghosts, mold in bathroom, dust everywhere, mess on carpets, rooms after smokers, smell everywhere, blanket and pillow with lot of stains. The worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Although adequate for what we needed, the hotel is very old fashioned definitely needs updating

A pleasant overnight stay in a small town.
Pros:

Central location with private free parking. Pleasant and helpful staff. Reasonable value for money.

Cons:

The decent sized room was cluttered with unnecessary furniture-one cupboard could not be opened as the bed was in the way! The hotel is a fine large building right in the centre of Loudéac but sadly it is rather neglected. I suppose this is due to lack of money, it could be 4star. Also a shame that the restaurant is closed as there are few places to eat in town. We ate at the Brit Hotel where the food was excellent.
