Отличное расположение, нормальная цена, доброжелательный персонал, всё очень чисто. Не запутайтесь, ресепшен и отель на 3 этаже, мы сначала на первый поднялись, там отель с похожим названием 😅
Лейку душа нужно почистить, брызги летят во все стороны, по ТВ не работали каналы, но это не критично.
Room neatness and furniture washroom
No lift and 3 rd floor
Staff said that "we will allot 2nd or 3rd floor only for booking.com customers", and other online booking platforms also. No lift, I had 73 old with me, who could not climb the stairs. they collected 1000 advance before reaching there, they refused to return it. Booking.com shows no show fee will be incurred. No body is attending call from booking com customer care. Who to blame? What to like here
1) customer treated as 3rd class citizens.
2) my wife and brother in law 2 polite souls, if they can't tolerate the behaviour and said "they are treating us as.shit". Then imagine the behaviour.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. However, the noise levels at night were quite disruptive. There was loud activity as early as 2:30 AM from loading and unloading operations, and a pack of dogs barking throughout the night made it difficult to sleep.
I understand this is in India, but I’ve stayed in other city center locations across the country without experiencing this level of disturbance.

There are no auto rickshaws in the area….and nothing to see here ..no elevator at this hotel if you have mobility issues

When we arrived, we were notified they had filled all their rooms-regardless of our earlier messages confirming our booking. A third party manages the booking.com bookings and had not notified the hotel of our booking. After some argument and waiting, we were taken to another hotel nearby. Extra waiting for a room to be available, frustrating after a long journey to reach Vasco and an early morning departure.
We were made to cancel our booking- we made a request through the app to waive the cancellation fees, and they did not accept them. Booking.com notified us we were a "no show".
Large room, clean and had balcony. TV with cable channels. Very happy which belied the exterior- was very surprised and pleased. Certainly great value.

It was clean and was well maintained. The staff were lovely.
The entrance wasn’t welcoming. It was so much better inside.
We booked this place because we were landing in Goa at midnight and it was close to the Vasco Airport. The owner said it wasn’t a problem and explained where we could catch a taxi and for what price. Which I found very nice.
The room was clean, big and had air conditioning. The gentleman that greeted us was very polite and helpful.
Problem was that my partner discovered our bed was full of bed bugs… we were very tired so we accepted to change room when we really should have gone somewhere else. The other room didn’t have any fortunately.
In the morning at 9am somebody knocked on our door to ask for our passeport (we were sleeping).
Then the owner said it wasn’t bugs on the bed but bees - my partner had several pictures where you can clearly see the bug.
He then pressed on booking « no show » and requested us to pay cash. So I had to go through a back and forth with booking so we didn’t get charged twice.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

It is in 4th floor without lift. You have to carry your luggage on your own.

the rooms were very clean so were the batrooms.. altgough the hotel is on third floor of a very old building the other floors are shabby but this one is renovated .. and it is very nice stay
theblocation is close to the airport so if u land late in night ..this place is syitable for a quick stay and then continue the journey the next day
the staff is polite and helpful ..for the price we are paying i am satisfied
the pathway/staircase leading to the 3rd floor makes you doubtful of the hotel but once u reach ..its a breath of fresh air
