Location. Friendly staff. Really helpful. Good food. Heater was provided. It was really cold. Bonfire was good.

The colonial property , from the British era was different from the normal brick and mortar hotels
Well preserved over the years, retaining most of the nostalgic touch.
Staff were extremely friendly and courteous with a great service attitude.
Rahul, the manager of the property was very helpful throughout the course of our stay.

Cons:

Room maintenance requires more attention, especially the suites. Quality of maintenance of the washrooms and the linen provided were found wanting.

They are taking 19000 for one night and when i visited the property, the rooms were different.

Felt like home away from home!
Pros:

Amazing lodge, vintage aura with all of the modern facilities. Staff was very helpful and caring. Spent my anniversary night there with the bonfire and barbecue. Property manager Rahul was very kind gave us a gift on behalf of the property including a cake. Felt like home! We will definitely stay there whenever we visit Nainital again.
