Another great stay at Ocean Blue
Pros:

Our third time staying at this hotel and this time we paid the extra for a swim up room. It was lovely no complaints. The staff as always really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and traditional Turkish style.

Perfect location, lovely rooms, exceptional staff and a really good time.
Pros:

Perfectly located walking distance to all lovely shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are modern, clean, well serviced and the cleaning staff are amazing. What was most exceptional is three individuals in particular, Ozcan, Aguero and Barish. These guys are there from morning until night at breakfast/poor bar/restaurant bar, they are all so lovely and charismatic all the time. They remembered our names, remembered us from when we came last year and are the backbone of this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble - would recommend the bbq/raffle/ bingo nights as they make it a real good time! Thank you guys in particular for making our stay so enjoyable.

Billing issues.
Pros:

- Some staff were lovely and helpful - Barish, Aguero, Yamal, Ali G, Burak)
- Prices were reasonable and food was nice at the pool bar.
- Close to the strip, central to everything so good location.
- Maids cleaned the rooms everyday.

- No entertainment
- Have to put towels down super early or you won’t get a sunbed even though there are 3 pools! Before I arrived my parents had to go to another hotel due to guests putting towels down as early as 2am.
- Extremely creaky bed in the room.
- Check your bills and always pay as you go! My dad and other guests unfortunately learnt the hard way and were charged for food/drinks they never had. There were numerous items added to my dad’s bill which he never had. Cocktails which I had ordered were also added to the same bill so when we asked about our bill we were told it had all been sorted and paid. After receiving the invoice my dad tried to speak to numerous staff members regarding the items but they didn’t help so this was to escalated to the manager who pulled my dad one night which ended up in an argument. He was extremely rude. He argued with my dad and threatened him(his exact words) ‘I’ll give you until tomorrow to pay or I know what I’m going to do’. I tried to talk to Ali to explain that my dad hadn’t had certain items. I asked if an invoice could be printed again so I could have a look and so that we could pay for what we’d had. I was told it couldn’t be printed, he wasn’t interested and wanted full payment. My dad ended up paying and we didn’t eat there for the rest of the holiday as it was awkward.

Belle hôtel avec animations
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en plein mois d'août, l'hôtel est beau et propre , grande piscine . Nous avions la chambre avec le balcon qui a un accès direct sur la piscine , au top .

Cons:

Bon petit déjeuner mais j aurais apprécié savoir dès le premier jour que l'on pouvait aller sur la partie terrasse demander des omelettes ou pancakes à la cuisinière.

Il y avait une soiree avec une danseuse autour de la piscine que l'on voulait voir de notre terrasse mais malheureusement impossible toute les chaises longues on été mise juste devant nous !

Si vous venez pour la tranquillité je ne vous conseille pas, de notre chambre , fenêtre fermée on entend la musique, manque d'isolation.
On ne peux pas utiliser le frigo pour nos besoin perso (il est remplit de consommations payantes )
