Comfortable stay with great facilities, friendly staff, and an excellent location
Pros:

Great hotel with a very good location right on the river bank, perfect for walks or hiking along the river. The hotel offers a free underground garage, which is very convenient and comfortable.
The spa center and sauna are excellent, a great place to relax after a long day. The staff at reception were very kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the stay even more pleasant.
There is also a restaurant and bar on the penthouse floor with probably the best view of the city. It’s a very nice place to spend time in the evening or on weekends. Despite being lively, it does not disturb hotel guests, which is very well managed.
Overall, a very pleasant stay (12 days) and I would definitely come back.

Cons:

The only small disappointment during the stay was the massage in the spa. Unfortunately, it did not fully meet expectations and felt more like a basic treatment rather than a professional massage. This might have been just my experience, but it is probably an area where some improvement could make the overall spa experience even better.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Sehr dreckig, sogar das WC war ziemlich verschmutzt obwohl es einen Aufkleber hatte mit Desinfiziert! Abgelaufene Getränke in der Minibar. Die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Zudem keine Kanalauswahl in andere Sprachen (englisch sollte angeboten werden). Die Badetücher waren auch schmutzig (schwarze Flecken). Der Seifenspender war leer. Die Rollladen waren auch defekt, beim Drücken des Knopfes dafür war bloss ein Quietschen zu hören. Es liess sich gar nicht schliessen. Ein Fenster war offen und es liess sich nicht mehr richtig schliessen. Der Teppich wies Flecken auf, so auch die Kommode zum Dinge abstellen und auch der Vorhang war eklig. Abfalleimer zu klein, darin passten gerade mal ein paar Taschentücher. Frühstück-Auswahl sehr mickrig. Das Personal war so lala, bisschen mehr Lachen würde auch nicht schaden.

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, schlechtes Angebot und ungereinigte Tischdecken beim Buffett, einfach unappetitlich, war mein absolut letzter Aufenthalt dort.
