Pros:

Great location, very reasonable rates & importantly flexible check-in and check-out times

Decent room

Cons:

Toilet seat cover is loose and needs to be fixed. Bathroom water (for bathing) could be hotter

Pros:

Complementary Breakfast was good. The rooms were big enough for us

Cons:

The water heater didn't work and the staffs there didn't take initiative to get it ready for us. So we had to use cold water that too in a rainy weather.

It's ok
Pros:

Everything else other than breakfast

Cons:

First day the breakfast was good, 2nd day there was not enough, most of it finished before we could get to breakfast even tho the timing was 7am to 9am, we went there at 7.30 am, idly, we're hard, appama were cold, that is all they had. Not exactly what was advertised

The room ambience was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. They welcomed us warmly, assisted with all our requests promptly, and ensured that our stay was smooth and comfortable.
