Абсолютно все!
Расположение рядом с великолепной прогулочной набережной, пляжем. Рядом магазины, кафешки, театр. Тихий район, без машин. В пешей доступности речной вокзал, где можно покататься на параходе.
Сервис на очень достойном уровне. Вкусный и оазнообразный завтрак. Все туалетные принадлежности, халат и тапочки. Наличие полноценной кухни и большого холодильника)))
Уборка каждый день, все очень чисто!
У отеля есть охрана, кпп. Также очень удобно подземная парковка

Так себе за такую цену, цена не соответствует.
Pros:

Локация хорошая.

Cons:

Мебель старая, матрац неудобный, кровати маленькие. Нет прикроватных тумбочек, помещение где стоит кровать очень тесно. Ремонт дешевый и от него грустно. Кондиционер маленький не рассчитан на такую квадратуру. Было жарко.

В номере все старое , мебель , сантехника вобще требует замены , обновления , унитаз с третьего раза смывает , матрас жёсткий, цена не обосновано высокая , душевая кабина старая и вода не уходит , стоишь в поколене супа от грязной воды
