2. Ощущение как у себя дома( наличие полноценной кухни, большого холодильника, плиты) есть реальная возможность проживать там длительно.
3. Приветливый персонал
4. Завтрак попросили рано в 6 утра, ради нас повар вышел раньше и мы позавтракали горячими блинчиками, вареными яйцами и кучей вкусностей и кофе. Повару и администратору на ресепшене отдельный поклон❤️
5. Мы приехали в феврале из Алматы по работе и изза снегопада застряли в городе. Отель своим сервисом компенсировал все неудобства🫶🏻

Enjoyed our stay close to centre and river
Pros:

The spacious apartment and the nice breakfast.
Also the location. Overall very good value!
Staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The apartment could have more equipment such as clothes dryer and kitchen utensils etc. no glasses, bottle opener.
There is no restaurant but that would be ok if there was kitchen cooking equipment.
Shower plumbing is not good
