Pros:

The location is central and close to restaurants

Cons:

We booked in at 17:00 and our room still wasn't ready. We waited 30 minutes before we could check in. The towels were filthy and full of hair, it was disgusting to say the least and so unhygienic.The taps in the bathroon are a mess, water sprays everywhere. The noise level is terribly disturbing. Never going back and would not recommend for guests who want service and cleanliness.

My stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

I like the staff, they are all very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The bedrooms bathroom basin tap makes the water jet out in multiple "jets" instead of a steady water flow.
