Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly upon arrival. Check-in was painless and good enough under the circumstances. Bedroom was clean and well kept upon arrival in the room. Convenient parking at the hotel.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was very long after placing the order from the menu, so should have just gone for the buffet. The shower head in the room (263) was damaged, so water sprayed towards the shower door, flooding the bathroom floor.

Flexibility of the shuttle driver : Augus, who picked me up from Hatfield Gautrain station on short notice. The Breakfast buffet spread was broad. The Omelette or Egg prep station was 👍👌💯. The garden was clean and well-manicured.
