Warm staff, great location, feels like home!
Pros:

The hotel staff was warm and hospitable. They went above and beyond in looking after me for the 11 days that I was there: they checked with me when I would want breakfast and had that ready for me every morning; an evening it was raining so hard and they let me use their umbrella; they helped me book taxis so that I was always on time for work; and they had great conversations with me when I was in the garden and the breakfast area. It feels like home because you know they genuinely care about you rather than that they have to do it.
Also, the hotel is in central Prishtina very close to the new CBD and surrounded by numbers restaurants and cafes. In Prishtina where traffic could be a nightmare, the location was priceless.
The garden in the property is a great space to wind down in after a long day of work and/or exploration around the city. The plants in it definitely added colours to the space.

Cons:

I couldn't think so any to be honest. The WiFi could be at times a little bit slow, but there was no major issue. This was not only applicable to the hotel, as I noticed that the roaming on my phone was also affected particularly when the weather was rainy/stormy.

A lovely place to stay near the Nene Tereza Cathedral!
Pros:

Very comfortable and charming hotel. The breakfast was a wonderful charcuterie board of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses, served with fresh bread, all very good quality
