Tesisi işletwnler, harika insanlar. Her konuda yardımcı olup, hastalanan çocuğuma eczaneden ilaç alıp odemesin8 dahi almadılar. Gün boyu Oğlumla ilgilendiler, ilacı yiyeceği ve her türlü ihtiyacı, normalde saat 11:00 de çıkış yapmamız gerekirken, hoşgörü gösterip saat 13:30 kadar kalmamıza izin verdiler. Hatta daha ihtiyaç duyarsak alabileceğimizi söylediler. Taksiciler ile sorun yaşamıyıyalım diye kendi aracı ile bizi otogara kadar bıraktılar. TEŞEKKÜRLER KİKA HOTEL

Exceptional stay, perfect location and super friendly staff!
Pros:

Great experience from start to finish! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center, main sights, and great restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were amazingly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with local recommendations. Fantastic value for money given the location and service. Clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. Highly recommend when visiting Kosovo!
