Kleines Gemütliches Zimmer, kostenloses Wasser & Kühlschrank vorhanden

Cons:

Leider kein Aufzug, Bad hatte eine laute Lüftung. Wasser beim Duschen schwierig einzustellen & unsere Tür war verzogen (mussten kräftig zuziehen)

Pros:

Ein kleines Juwel in Ratingen. Man kommt mit einem Schlüsselcode ins Zimmer. Wünsche nach früherer Anreise werden allerdings nicht gewährt. Es ist kein Personal vorhanden, und der Türautomat öffnet erst ab Punkt 15 Uhr die Tür. Im Zimmer ist alles so, wie es sein sollte. Eine wunderbar ruhige Nacht, ca 15 Minuten von Düsseldorf entfernt. Ich komme wieder.

Hotel moderno ben arredato, pulito, silenzioso. Wifi ottimo, nel we si trova parcheggio gratuito in strada.
Apprezzato il set acqua/te a disposizione.

Zentrale Lage, Umgebung mit guter Gastronomie alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Parkplätze in der Nähe alle zeitlich begrenzt, man sollte das Parkhaus vom Hotel gleich mitbuchen , ist die beste Lösung.

Vreselijk! Ik heb mij zelden zo oncomfortabel gevoeld. Wij zouden het echt iedereen afraden.
Pros:

De schoonmaakster die ons de volgende dag te woord stond was enorm lief en als enige begripvol voor de verder vreselijke situatie.

Cons:

Bij aankomst in het hotel kwamen we in een kamer waar een ravage was aangericht door iemand die diverse soorten harddrugs en sterke drank had gebruikt.

Verder was er enorm veel gerookt en het volledige hotel rook hier inmiddels al naar.
Hierdoor waren we best geschrokken en hadden we ook een onveilig gevoel.
We hebben een andere kamer toe gewezen gekregen maar het onveilige gevoel bleef. Je kunt namelijk elke kamer binnenkomen met dezelfde code.

We hebben dit aangegeven bij het hotel en booking.com en die gaven aan niks te kunnnen doen.

Conclusie:
Slecht geslapen.
Onveilig gevoel.
Enorm warm in de kamer, waardoor het raam open moest. Erg luidruchtig buiten het hotel.
Het hele hotel ruikt naar sigaretten.
In bed lig je in een kuil.

Wij zijn geschrokken en verbaast dat er geen passende oplossing geboden is. En dat bij een hotel wat 8 sterren had!
