Sehr netter Empfang, auf meinen Wunsch wurde eingegangen. Zimmer groß und sauber. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

fair value for the money you pay
Pros:

Very friendly staff and the hotel is only 5 minutes from the pedestrian zone. If you arrive by car there are limited parking possibilities on the backside of the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was kind of hard and the rooms need refitting in the next years. It looks a little outdated.

Very Nice property with humble staff
Pros:

It’s a family owned hotel and the owners are very polite and humble. It’s very nice hotel with all comfort in place. Also the rooms are spacious and clean.

The property is near to the airport and Düsseldorf. Also you can find nearby good family owned restaurants which serves very good food.

Stayed late for me on arrival due to my flight being delayed

The owners run the show and they are exceptionally nice peoples . They were really helpful and connected with their guest .

Cons:

The lobby is small as it’s not a big hotel .

If you feel you would return again, then you know this place is for you!
Pros:

Excellent and personable hospitality. This was a memorable experience. The owners of the hotel are actively involved in the daily business and are great hosts.

Very pleasant stay, friendly and helpful staff, met overall expectations.
Pros:

Great breakfast, extremely pleasant staff/manager. At a time when hotels in central Dusseldorf were charging a vast premium due to a trade fair, the Astoria represented exceptional value.

Cons:

The hotel met expectations, it is clean but slightly dated and room comfort/bathroom reflects this. However, this is reflected in the price (at least for the week I stayed).
