Me sentí como en casa ❤️
Pros:

Mary y Paola me hicieron sentir a mi y a mi perrita como en casa. Nos cuidaron mucho, estuvieron pendientes de nosotras y nos ayudaron con todo. La habitación muy abrigada, con todo lo necesario al alcance y silenciosa. SUPER RECOMENDADO este hostel, espero volver pronto!

Warm hospitality and a truly homemade breakfast

The kindness and hospitality of the staff truly stand out. Paola, who assisted us during the day, is exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely caring about guests’ comfort. The owner was also very friendly and helpful, always available and willing to assist with anything we needed.
Breakfast was excellent and clearly homemade: fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs, generous toast with butter and jam, a delicious homemade fresh fruit juice and very good homemade coffee. You can really feel that this place cares about making guests feel welcome and at home.
The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and overall the atmosphere feels more like staying in a family home than a hotel. A great option for travelers passing through or those coming for outdoor activities rather than city tourism.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the bedding. The pillows were quite firm and flat, which made it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position. This affected both me and my husband, even though he does not usually have any neck issues.

Additionally, the bed had a heavy duvet but no light sheet, which can be uncomfortable if the room gets warm at night and you prefer lighter bedding.

As a small suggestion, it could be helpful to have an extra softer pillow or a light sheet available in the closet, so guests can adjust their bedding according to their comfort needs, especially when traveling and needing a good night’s rest.

Sin duda uno de los mejores alojamientos en Riobamba. Un poco distante del centro si no se va en auto pero es cómodo, limpio y un desayuno extraordinario

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Mega große Zimmer, tolle Betten, supermodernes Bad mit heißem Wasser. Super sauber. Das erste Hotel wo wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Warmes Wasser kam sofort. Tolles Frühstück. Toller abgeschlossener Innenhof zum parken. Schön angelegter Garten.
Alles war klasse.
