Pros:

L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel à l’écoute et attentionné et toujours soucieux de notre bien être.
L’hôtel est propre, le petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié pour tout les goûts, l’emplacement est le point positif car proche de plusieurs endroits et proche de la plage.
Je le recommande à 100 %.

Good overall - I would stay again
Pros:

The location was good - it's a little walk away from the beach promenade. We walked one way, taxi returned (15 euros). Staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice overall - they served pancakes one day, which were very yummy!

Cons:

I will say it was clear that the bread was served that had been served the day before. It's great that they are not wasting food, but I feel like perhaps a better system is needed so stale, dry bread is not being served to customers.
We also asked for halal food and were reassured of the items that were halal, but these were in the same dish as sausages, same utensils used to serve them.

Super séjour, je recommande !
Pros:

Tout était parfait !
Nous avons adoré notre séjour, c’est le meilleure hôtel 4 étoiles de l’Albanie que nous ayons pu faire. Le personnel est au top, super agréable, souriant, à l’écoute et toujours au petit soin!
Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel, notre séjour était parfait, à très bientôt !!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 4-Sterne Haus, das die 4-Sterne zurecht hat!
Pros:

Das ist ein kleines aber schönes 4-Sterne Haus, das die 4 Sterne wirklich zurecht hat. Hier passt alles. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer an der Seite, in der einen Richtung war Blick zum Meer, in der anderen Richtung Baustelle. Da dort aktuell nicht gebaut wurde, kein störender Lärm. Und in Saranda ein Zimmer ohne Blick auf irgend eine Baustelle, ist fast unmöglich. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll, sehr schön und mit viel Gefühl für Details gemacht. Das Frühstück wurde für uns am Tisch serviert, da das Hotel zum Saisonende sehr leer war. Trotzdem wurde wirklich von allem, was man sich vorstellen kann, etwas auf den Tisch gestellt. Service und Ausstattung liessen keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist von der zentalen Promenade etwas entfernt. Man muss schon ein Verkehrsmittel benutzen, um zur Promenade in den dortigen Trubel zu gelangen. Für uns hat das gepasst.

Pros:

Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but what stood out the most was the excellent service. The woman at the front desk (Ari) was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in!

The staff was amazing, very nice and carring. The owner is a real gentleman and nice person.

Amazing place, we wanna come back there…
Pros:

Every detail was taken care of immediately, super kind staff, not possible to complain about anything in this hotel, you will be treated like a king! And really great thanks to the owner of the hotel for openness to fulfill all our specific needs!

Cons:

Actually nothing, maybe just little request to diversify the breakfast if you stay longer. But still more than fine.

Superbe chambre
Pros:

Chambre tres agréable et confortable, suffisamment spacieuse! vue mer en étage élévé (meme si l'hotel n'est pas en 1ere ligne face à la mer).
Ménage tres bien fait
Hotel un peu loin du port mais malgré tout bien placé avec plages à proximité, restaurants etc, situé dans la rue principale rejoignant le port (30 à 40 min de marche, voiture à eviter en pleine saison).
Réceptionniste du matin tres agréable et professionnelle
Parking souterrain inclus pratique (et indispensable)

Cons:

Petit déjeuner inégal selon les jours. décevant à correct
On sent que l'hotel est tres récent, avec une surface optimisée (salle du petit dej dans le hall de l'hotel, petite salle extérieure au dessus de la descente de parking (Sarande est en pleine expansion / construction...) et un service encore en mise en place (excepté la réceptionniste du matin)

A modern and clean hotel with potential, but poor service and lack of basic hospitality made our stay disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel is new, clean, and nicely designed. Rooms are modern and spacious, and the underground parking with an elevator directly to the rooms is very convenient, especially for families.

Cons:

Unfortunately, many aspects of our stay were disappointing: no proper blankets (only sheets provided), rooms not serviced during our two-night stay, only one key per room with an extra charge if lost, unstable hot water in the bathroom, breakfast items not replenished after 9:30, ants in one of the rooms, and staff speaking very little English which made communication difficult.

Rozafa Palace — це повна насолода. Новий, сучасний, стильний, надзвичайно чистий готель з шикарними ліжками та видом на море. Сніданки — різноманітні й смачні; персонал — доброзичливий і дуже уважний. Відчуваєш себе як вдома. Якщо колись повернуся до Саранди — обов’язково оберу Rozafa.”
