pleasant, welcoming, enjoyable and great staff
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. the hotel itself was excellent and tremendous value. The staff were so nice and very friendly. Location was perfect. Excellent value and no complaints whatsoever. We enjoyed our sty very much. The Albanian people are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

could not find fault. maybe the beach wasnt the best but it is in the city. Im probaly used to miles of uninhabited and sandy beaches here in Ireland. But this is only a minor downside.

Cons:

Otel o kadar yetersiz ki bavullarımızı bile kendimiz odaya taşıdık. Odamızın kapısı kilitlenmiyordu bunun için yardım istediğimde yardımcı olmadılar. Asla beş yıldızlı otel gibi değil. Otelin kendine ait plajı bile yok. Her gün aynı kahvaltıyı veriyorlar. Açık büfede hem az çeşit var hem de her şey aynı bir süre sonra aynı şeyleri yemekten çok sıkılıyorsunuz. Çevrede hem daha uygun hem de daha çok olanağı olan oteller var.

Super Hotel super Lage, bis auf ein paar kleine Fehler war alles perfekt

Frühstück gut, pool super, atemberaubender Ausblick, sehr nettes personal, sehr nette und gute Putzfrauen

Cons:

Unser Safe ging nicht und wir haben keinen neuen bekommen, der Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt und wir hatten kein gutes W lan auf dem Zimmer.
