Cet hôtel est très loin des standards d’un 5*

L’emplacement parfait à deux pas de la promenade et restaurant….

Cons:

Le personnel est très froid et désagréable. Jamais un bonjour ou même un sourire à croire que c’est payant apart le bagagiste Gabriel et Nalda la jeune réceptionniste. Le reste ( les serveuses au restaurant, les réceptionniste, la responsable à la réception tous sont froid et désagréable.
Nous avons réservé 2 chambres ( 1 suite et une chambre standard qui est très petite) le Check in était tout simplement un désastre après 2h30 d’attente on nous enfin donné nos chambres. On a refusé de nous donner une 2e carte de chambre soit disant que l’hôtel n’en avait pas assez pour tout le monde.
après plusieurs réclamations à la réception J’ai dû attendre 3 jours pour qu’on me règle les problèmes de ma chambre ( le cadre en aluminium de la fenêtre est complètement déboîté et risqué de nous tomber dessus à n’importe quel moment. La Clim qui ne fonctionne pas à cause de la fenêtre qui reste ouverte.
Le wifi ne capte pratiquement pas dans les chambres.
La télé ne fonctionne pas aussi .
Apres plusieurs réclamations ils ont finalement accepté de nous changer la chambre au bout du 4e jour.
Le petit déjeuner tout le même avec très très peu de choix. Jus industriel, les œufs immangeables …
En tout cas ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles .

Worst I had in the south
Pros:

Not much except being close to center but it was super noisy

Cons:

Staff, room given was not what I booked, I forgot a pant and a shirt they said they didn’t find etc staff is unpreofesional and having Melia affiliating this it’s super bad

Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Saranda. L’hôtel est vraiment bien placé et Jenny nous a super bien accueillies ! N’hésitez pas à vous adresser à elle pour toutes demandes.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était un peu décevant.

Hotel que reune todas as qualidades para uma estancia agradavel e sem stress.
Pros:

Pontos altos : pessoal do front desk . Cafe otimo com vista mar . Hotel super limpo . Estacionamento amplo . Localizacao excelente . Tudo muito agradavel .

Pros:

This hotel has a lot going for it: firstly, the location, secondly, the excellent pool, thirdly, the breakfast is quite plentiful but repetitive, and the staff is excellent. I'd especially like to highlight Meli and Nalda. They made our stay even better, helping us choose interesting places to visit and really trying to provide us with more than the best service to smooth out the shortcomings we mentioned, but that's where the good stuff ends.

Cons:

There are a few huge downsides, most notably the standard room, which doesn't correspond to a five-star hotel: no kettle, not enough electrical outlets, no space for toiletries in the bathroom, no hooks, and most importantly, a complete lack of internet. I don't understand how such a hotel can be considered five-star.
