Bir daha asla konaklayacağım bir otel değil.
Pros:

Tesiste beğendiğim tek şey çalışanların gerçekten genç bir ekipten oluşması. Buradan anladığım, çoğunluğu öğrenci olan ekibe yardımcı olmayı seven bir yönetim var.

Cons:

1- fiyat/performans: perşembe ve cuma olmak üzere iki gece konaklamamıza 322€ ödedik. Odamız deniz manzaralı çift kişilik bir odaydı. Gerçekten küçücüktü. Banyo inanılmaz karanlıktı. Odanın aydınlatması tamamen yetersizdi. Balkonda kontrol edilemeyen dış cephe aydınlatması, geceleri inanılmaz rahatsız ediyordu. Yastık seçimi yoktu. Wifi çekmiyordu. Banyoda yerleşik hijyen sıvıları kutuları tamamen boştu. Hijyen seti (pamuk, kulak temizleme çubuğu, bone vs gibi) yoktu.

2-kahvaltı: gerçekten hayatımda ilk kez bu kadar seçeneğin lezzetten uzak olduğunu gördüm. Her şeyin tadı kötüydü. Dümdüz haşlanmış yumurta bile bu kadar lezzetsiz olamaz.

3- Spa/Havuz: otelin alt katında yer alan Spa hizmetinde imkanların hiç biri çalışmıyordu. Görevli yoktu. Yaz günlerinde olmanın vermiş olduğu rahatlıktan, belki de kimse orayı kullanmaz diye düşünüldüğünden terk edilmiş karanlık bir alandı. Havuz ise gerçekten temizdi. Ancak snackbar oldukça pahalı. Bira, soft içecekler normalin üstünde fiyatta. Patates kızartması, tavuk nugget ise iki kişi için 15€ idi. Bu fiyata dışarda tam boy güzel bir pizzayı afiyetle yiyebilirsiniz.

4-Lokasyon olarak sarandanın merkezinde, birçok imkana yakın. Ancak kendi beach hizmetinin olmaması belirtilmediği için fotoğraflarda yanılmamanızı öneririm.

5- tam karşıda yer alan orange night club geç 12 den sonra müzik sesini kıssa da müşterilerinin sabaha karşı sohbet ve gülüşmeleri ne yazık ki çocuklu aileler, yaşlılar veya dinlenmek için orada bulunanlar için tam bir kabus.

Excellent - great hotel and staff
Pros:

Really liked the hotel - staff were friendly and Mel in reception was super helpful with advice and helping us plan trips and taxis - thanks for making us welcome and an enjoyable stay.
Also like pool towels were provided.

Cons:

No complaints - no improvements needed

The hotel itself is attractive and the location/views are lovely, however our experience was let down significantly by the level of guest service.

On arrival after a very long journey with two young children, we discovered that the air conditioning in our suite was not working. Having already unpacked and settled the children for bed, we then had to repack and move rooms close to midnight, including carrying our sleeping 3-year-old.

While I appreciate that technical issues can occur, what was most disappointing was the complete lack of follow-up afterwards. We were repeatedly assured that management would be informed, and despite specifically requesting to speak with a manager on several occasions during our stay, nobody ever contacted us, apologised or acknowledged the inconvenience.

We also requested room cleaning one afternoon and were abruptly informed that cleaning hours had finished and nobody was available to assist.

The property itself has many positives, but for a hotel marketed as 5-star, I expected far better communication, accountability and guest care when problems arise. Unfortunately, it was the lack of response rather than the original issue that left a lasting impression.

Underwhelming stay to say the least. Had to resort to food and beverages services outside the hotel.

Pool not well equipped, Spa is closed. Food is not fresh at all and can even be a health hazard at times. For a 5-stars hotel, drinking water is not complimentary and comes with a premium price tag.

The location is amazing rooms are good and comfortable.

Cons:

Staff was very friendly but needed more training which is fine, but there was no manager / trained staff available. They were left alone. Which is a little hard to accept for a 5 star.

Super Hotel super Lage, bis auf ein paar kleine Fehler war alles perfekt

Unser Safe ging nicht und wir haben keinen neuen bekommen, der Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt und wir hatten kein gutes W lan auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Otel o kadar yetersiz ki bavullarımızı bile kendimiz odaya taşıdık. Odamızın kapısı kilitlenmiyordu bunun için yardım istediğimde yardımcı olmadılar. Asla beş yıldızlı otel gibi değil. Otelin kendine ait plajı bile yok. Her gün aynı kahvaltıyı veriyorlar. Açık büfede hem az çeşit var hem de her şey aynı bir süre sonra aynı şeyleri yemekten çok sıkılıyorsunuz. Çevrede hem daha uygun hem de daha çok olanağı olan oteller var.
