Everything was beyond the expectations. The staff is super helpful and sweet. Our rooms got small cleaning and organised every day. The restaurant serves fantastic local food. 5 minutes walk to Metro Line 10, connecting visitors to all the fancy places in shanghai. Staff Harry Zhong tried to use his own money to get a taxi for us in the morning peak hour, so impressed.
Nothing to complain
Beautiful, historic property in the middle of a sprawling city. The staff were very helpful and well informed. In fact, they helped me find a taxi on a difficult morning due to weather conditions that was beyond the call of duty. We really enjoyed our short stay.
The only real challenge is that it is not that close to a Metro station. This is a particularly challenging obstacle on a day where was difficult to find a taxi to the airport.
