There were ants floating on juice, they said breakfast would be ready from 7 am but was not ready until 7:30 am. Had to wait for coffee to get hot after that as we were getting picked up for our tour, they could do better on buffet.

Pros:

Nhân viên lễ tân xử lý khoản thanh toán ko rõ ràng.
Trên booking mình lọc là 4 người - 2 lớn 1 nhỏ 2t và 1 nhỏ 8t. Thì app lọc ra KS này với giá 888k bao hết khoảng phí trẻ em và hồ bơi, ăn sáng- giường đôi.
Mình đặt trước 3 ngày. Và nhận phòng lúc 13h20p ngày 22 với cách xử ký quá bất ổn của KS.
Lúc đầu thì bảo thanh toán thêm 150K phát sinh vì có 1 bé trên 6tuổi. Sau khi làm việc thì ko thu tiền phí 150K nhưng chuyển qua thuế 5%.
Trong khi đặt qua app booking, tổng thu đã bao gồm phí trên.
App có qui định rõ ràng mà Ks lại đưa thêm khoảng phí thu, ko đc khoảng này thì thu khoảng phí khác.
Hướng giải quyết của KS là đề xuất cho 1 phòng rộng hơn với giá 900k cao hơn 1 xíu với phòng mình đã đặt qua booking và nói mình huỷ trên app.. Nv lễ tân nói đó là NÂNG CẤP hơn so với phòng giường đôi mình đăt trên app, tuy nhiên sau khi nhận phòng thì diện tích giường đơn 1m8 khá bất ngờ. Mình cũng quá mệt vì duy chuyển nên ko giao tiếp thêm.
Ko biết là app ảo hay KS ảo. Nhưng người thiệt là người thuê phòng.
Hi vọng là app có đều khoảng rõ ràng với nhiều KS khác để khách hàng nhận phòng nhanh chóng và ko phải nhận lại hướng xử lý dối như KS trên.

Great Location and Lovely Staff
Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to Dragon Bridge and not far from the beach, local markets and other attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere.
The reception staff and cleaning ladies were very friendly, helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the pool water was clean and well maintained.
The washing service was also absolutely fabulous, especially when travelling with children. It was very convenient and made our stay much easier.

Cons:

What could be improved
The breakfast definitely requires improvement. If you arrive around 9:00 am, there is often very little food left, and basic items such as cups, glasses and bowls may not be available.
There are also no clear descriptions or labels on the food, so it is difficult to know what type of meat or other dishes are being served.
Unfortunately, there were also tiny ants throughout the dining area. We saw them walking on the bread and, on some occasions, in the yoghurt and fruit. This is something that really needs attention from the hotel.
The boiled eggs were also often only partially cooked, with the inside still quite raw. Communication at breakfast was another issue, as the restaurant staff had very limited English, which made it difficult to ask questions about the food or request basic items.
