Pros:

The only thing I like about this hotel is the location, it is not located in a crowded or loud area and Grab drivers can easily find it. THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT I LIKE and this is not part of the hotel management.

Cons:

Everything. The hotel doesn't look like the pictures anymore, it is very dirty, dusty, molds inside the room (in curtains, bathroom walls) I fell in the shower floor and my skin itched for almost an hour. The furniture outside were damaged and not being cleaned. STAFF is the worst, first of all they assigned me on a different room that looks far from what I paid for, so I complained and asked them to move me to a room that I paid to be reserved for me. The staff said they are fully-booked but "willing" to move me to room with a similar design free of charge, when I get to the room it was a very small room and not worth the price that I paid for, no wonder why it's free of charge LOL they should've refunded me some of the money I paid for cause they obviously transferred me to smaller room. The room is also dirty, molds in the curtain and shower walls, the sofa has vandalism and dirt marks on the bed frame, the floors are sticky combined with dry dirt. We were able to check-in earlier at 1PM and were served welcome drinks. I could not take the smell of mold cause we have a baby with us so we checked-out at 4 AM in the morning. Found the staff sleeping in the lobby sofa, woke him up to check-out and he literally was annoyed and told me "Right now?! Really?!" he then got up to check the room and when he was done checking, instead of offering us help to carry out our bags to the car he went back to sleep in the sofa. Take note, the glasses that we used for our welcome drink they served to us was still on the tables at the lobby along with other guests' used glasses. None of the staffs cleaned it up from afternoon to the next day. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

Not clean at all, pictures are all edited or taken log time ago !
staff don’t know english properly and even if you lose the room card there is big charge, AC was almost of no use !!

Hotel propre et sympa proche du pont du Dragon
Pros:

Hotel avec une belle decoration, proche du pont du Dragon, avec une belle vue sur le fleuve (en fonction des chambres. L’accueil et la sympathie de l’equipe!

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner très limite, c’est dommage de ne pas avoir plus de varieté.
Le bar sur le toit n’existe plus, les photos ne sont donc pas à jour!
