Hôtel à réserver personnel sympathique et patron très accueillant

Hôtel bien situé dans le nord de l'Albanie, personnel sympathique

Pros:

Ottima struttura posizionata in un punto strategico, con facile accesso al mare (a piedi) e alla strada per spostarsi rapidamente in auto.
Fondamentale la presenza del parcheggio privato accessibile 24/7 con guardiano notturno, trovare parcheggio in città sarebbe stato un disastro.
Apprezzabile il posto riservato e incluso nella spiaggia dell'hotel.
Ottima colazione a buffet con opzioni salate e dolci, e possibilità di fare i restanti pasti nel ristorante.
In generale lo consiglio anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto.
Menzione d'onore va allo staff che non si è mai tirato indietro dal venirmi incontro in ogni situazione (ad esempio permettendomi per due volte di fare colazione un'ora prima dell'apertura del buffet a causa di impegni) e soprattutto grazie al ragazzo della reception mattutina, Arsi, per la professionalità e la disponibilità.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo
Tutto lo staff, i proprietari, le persone che si occupano della spiaggia super disponibili, solari, accoglienti.
Colazione abbondante, caffè buonissimo

Pizza molto buona ( di gran lunga la migliore mangiata a durazzo per ingredienti e digeribilità)
Ristorante con influenza italiana nei sapori ( paccheri ai frutti di mare buonissimi )

Una piacevole scoperta

Rendkívül kedves és segítőkész személyzet és bőséges finom reggeli várja a vendégeket
Az szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes boltok, bárok éttermek minden a közelben és a tengerpart is pár perc sétára található ahol saját Bliss hotel pihenő/ fürdőző rész van napágyakkal amit bármikor szabadon használhat a hotelben megszalló vendég .
Legjobb választás mindenképp ha a városban járunk újra csak ezt a hotelt válasszuk
Csak pozitív tapasztalat es mindenkinek ajánlom!

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel.
Très propre, j' ai beaucoup apprécié la décoration.
Un très très beau petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix , fait maison.
J' ai soupé deux fois au restaurant, et j' ai beaucoup apprécié.
La plage a quelques mètres, très belle plage.
Donc j' ai passé un très beau séjour.
Je remercie tout le personnel.

Pros:

L' Hotel era a pochi passi dal mare e nel costo della stanza era compreso un ombrellone e due lettini. A colazione c'era un po' di tutto.. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problemino all' inizio con la stanza ma risolto prontamente dallo staff della struttura.

Cons:

Na recepção não nos informaram que tinham espreguiçadeiras na praia o fez com tivéssemos de pagar na primeira tarde uma sombra. Encontramos o quarto com cabelos, pastilhas elásticas coladas no beliche dos miúdos e uma toalha de banho suja. Pedimos para limpar o quarto mas ficaram incomodados com o pedido. Quando perguntei se havia mas proximidades praias sem espreguiçadeiras ( para não termos que gastar mais dinheiro) respondeu- me muito indelicadamente a menina que estava na receção:” não sei, mas a senhora pode procurar “. Não me informou que o próprio hotel tinha um espaço de praia com espreguiçadeiras e só vim a descobrir num passeio à noite depois de jantar. É pena porque são as pessoas que fazem com que a experiência seja mais ou menos boa e neste caso teria sido melhor se aceitassem que o quarto nao estava limpo ( porque pode acontecer) e responderem aos clientes com cordialidade, e a minha experiência teria sido melhor.

A tenger közelsége és a napozó ágy, ernyő,a finom kávé,a pincérek kedvesek szolgálat készek voltak .A vendég szeretetük,kedvessègük,segitőkèszsèguk

Lazacot rendeltem ebédre,az szörnyű volt,többet nem is ebédeltem ott.A korai buszkirandulashoz előző nap megbeszéltem a reggeli elvitelèt.Nem készítették el,a szálloda éjszakai ügyeletese nem tudott rola.Szivesen vettük volna ha elnézést kérnek és kárpótolnak,hiszen a reggeli ki volt fizetve.
Nem csalódnunk volna ha nem ígérik meg hogy elkészítik csomagban a reggelit.
Ennek ellenére nagyon jól éreztük magunkat,amint lehetőségünk lesz visszajövök.

Happy with the hotel
Pros:

Everything was perfect regarding the hotel. The staff were very helpful and correct. Food was good. Would recommend it and happy to come back if I choose Durres once again.

Pros:

Wenige Minuten zum Strand

Cons:

1.) Im Bad und Zimmer riecht es sehr stark nach Kanalisation.
2.) Zum Frühstück gibt es nur einen Kaffee. Der zweite Kaffee muss bezahlt werden.

Nagyon szerettük. Örök élmény marad!
Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves és barátságos volt, az ételek is rendkívül finomak voltak. Biztos, hogy újra visszatérünk ide!!

Cons:

Amikor először beléptünk a szobába egy kicsit dohos szag volt, lehet a klíma miatt, de másnapra már el is tűnt. :)

Sentirsi come a casa 🇦🇱🇮🇹

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti al Bliss Hotel e ci siamo sentite come a casa. Posizione ottima in pieno centro, arrivi al mare in 5 min a piedi. Per ogni stanza è disponibile ombrellone con lettini. In spiaggia c’è Freddy che decide la disposizione degli ombrelloni e ogni giorno ci dava sempre il miglior posto.
Il giorno del nostro arrivo la camera per un piccolo ritardo non era pronta, sono stati così gentili da offrirci la colazione.
La colazione a buffet con possibilità di farla dolce o salata e con prodotti tipici Albanesi.
Salvatore e tutti i ragazzi della sala sono stati disponibili perché qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ci hanno prenotato un ristorante tipico Albanese, ci hanno aiutato nella prenotazione dell’affitto auto. Ci hanno trattato come di famiglia.
Siamo state 10 giorni in Albania, ma questa è la struttura dove ci siamo trovate meglio.

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi non sempre funzionante nella camera. Nel zona colazione e ristorante invece era velocissimo.

L'accoglienza da parte dei titolari, due persone stupende. Le premure ricevute dallo staff e l' ottimo cibo servito al ristorante dell' hotel, qualità alta e prezzi molto concorrenziali
