Great breakfast and friendly staff! The beach is in walking distance.
The furniture was quite minimal. A shelf or a closet to stow away the belongings would be very useful. The walls are indeed paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors loud and clear. We knew that though.
Room was of good size and the lodge is in a convenient location, set back away from the main road but close to the beach (a few hundred meters away). Breakfast was plentiful and served in the adjacent hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an upper room with a balcony where we watched monkeys in the trees in the accommodation grounds.

Near to beach & it was clean and spacious. Their breakfast is good too
The rooms were not soundproof—you could hear people talking in the next room. Unfortunately, the room above ours was occupied, and the sound of footsteps, combined with a loud squeaking noise from the wooden floor, was extremely disruptive and disturbed our sleep.

Lower room was very noisy from room above as literally separated by just floor boards. Cold shower. Didn’t feel particularly clean and bathroom and room decor needs updating.
Nice staff, well located, value ok. I had a room at the floor, the lodges downstairs looked much better with a wooden touch.
Not super clean, like been brushed a bit but still holes in the mozzie net and dust under the bed. Bathroom was the horror show with a cockroach crawling out the sinkhole, but cockroaches are common in LK. Nothing wood a part the bed.
The last day other travellers walked in to leave their bags apparently they mixed up the keys
Good breakfast, with pancakes. Breakfast is served from 8.30, but they were kind enough to anticipate for us.
Good and convenient restaurant (no beers).
They provide beach towels for free.
Great value for money
The place is basic, so don't expect a fridge in the room (there's a shared fridge you can use on the first floor).
Unfortunately, it was full of mosquitoes during our stay.
