Fabulous!
Pros:

Fantastisch hotel. Vriendelijke eigenaren.
Pros:

Zeer moderne en vlotte inrichting. High-tech toegang tot het gebouw en je kamer. Veel kunstwerken aan de muur.

Cons:

Jammer dat heet in een voetgangersgebied ligt en je dus met je koffer een eindje naar de parkeerplaats moet lopen. In de omgeving van het hotel liggen veel verlaten winkels en verwaarloosde woningen.

Superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos, el edificio precioso, muy limpio y cómodo, el colchón estupendo, unas toallas súper gorditas y esponjosas como en tu casa y lo mejor... Niko, un anfitrión maravilloso., sus sugerencias perfectas. Si hasta nos dejó su tarjeta para usar el tren de cercanías! Ha sido un verdadero placer, espero poder volver.

Vriendelijke mensen, heel goed georganiseerd, vooraf informatie en top ontvangst. Ontbijt helemaal in orde. Je pakt niet zelf, maar bestelt het op een formulier (in het Nederlands :-)), en dat werkt uitstekend.

Todo.
1. La ubicación estratégica para conocer las tres provincias. La ubicación dentro de la propia localidad que te permite disfrutar del ambiente de Elorrio.
2. La decoración de muy buen gusto. Todo nuevo y limpio. La restauración del edificio es espectacular. La iluminación y los accesos muy estudiados.
3. La comodidad. El uso de distintas almohadas. Normalmente tenemos que pedir alguna más.
4. La atención de Niko y su señora. Te hacen sentir en tu casa. Te asesoran en todos los aspectos.

En definitiva, muy satisfechos y agradecidos.

Cons:

Wij hadden kamer 22 en dat is een kamer met alleen twee raampjes hoog bij het plafond. Hierdoor voelde deze kamer voor ons niet heel prettig en was het een beetje een teleurstelling.
De andere kamers zijn prachtig.
Ik adviseer het hotel deze kamer apart aan te bieden voor een wat lagere prijs om mensen de keuze te geven en teleurstelling te voorkomen.
