Feels very homely but also well appointed. Really clean and facilities are great. Breakfast was delicious. The staff and owners are incredibly nice and very helpful, great with kids.
Our room wasn’t huge but totally fine for what we needed and I think you can get bigger rooms

Hotel was great. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent though I came late the second day and they ran out of bacon!
The heated pool, sauna and steam room were amazing after a long day on the slopes.
Wonderful location near the main shops/restaurants, bus stop and ski lift as well.
No weights in the gym but was content it had a gym in the first place.

I chose the hotel for the location and price (both of which were excellent) but the comfort, facilities and most of all the friendliness of the owners were exceptional. The outdoor pool and sauna were particular highlights. The hotel had the feel that you were staying with a family, it was very welcoming and comfortable everywhere.

Absolutely loved this place! The property is spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The location is excellent - quiet yet close to everything. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available, which made the experience even more special.

Amazing stay with Eric and Caroline, they really looked after our entire family. Hotel is like a large warm/friendly stylish chalet. Fantastic home cooked food. Great location just a few minutes walk to lifts, so really convenient with young kids. Excellent facilities too, having a swim and sauna/steam after a day on the slopes is quite special. We will be back!
A wonderful hotel in the center of Morzine. The hosts are great, as well as the staff. You really get a personal feeling as you are treated just like a family member :) We had a room with a garden view, with also great sceneries towards the nearest mountains. All the amenities of the hotel were just perfect; the pool, the hotel lobby/breakfast area, breakfast itself and the children's playing room. Also parking is conveniently located underneath the hotel in a small garage. A warm recommendation!
The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning, but I guess this is in most places in the Alps. Keeping the balcony door open was nice during the night, as there were no mosquitoes.
Breakfast was about what I would expect for a boutique hotel.

Pool and sauna/steam huts closed at 8:00pm which was a bit early so we were not able to use it some days. No milk in the rooms to use with the coffee machine.
