Basic in need of an update and soundproofing but great pub!

The owner is really lovely and the pub did lovely food

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was in need of an update, the windows were drafty and it needed a better clean (behind bathroom radiator, cobwebs)
The worst bit was we could hear next door through the walls. They coughed and sneezed and I almost said ‘bless you’ as could hear everything! When they plugged in a charger it was right by my head! It really let it down.

Heating was great, room warmed up in 30 minutes.

Walls are very thin, so you hear everything said by the people in the next room.

Pros:

The location was okay , room was very spacious and I liked that the accommodation was around the back so car felt very secure . Unfortunately my stay was on a night that the pub was closed , so be aware of that , the pub isn’t open till Wednesday through to Sunday , although that was communicated to me by the time I stayed I’d forgotten . However it’s only a short drive to Ledbury where there are a number of pubs serving food

Cons:

My only complaint was the lack of sound insulation between the rooms . I had a noisy family who felt it was okay to speak in very loud voices at 7am And for the whole evening , you could even hear the snoring coming from their room

Very clean, cheap, excellent accommodation and helpful hostess, thank you.

Location perfect for our nearby event, staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Facilities clean and beyond our expectations, plus excellent value for money.

Great to find somewhere for two nights between Christmas and New Year and that we could self cater.

We had a brief stopover here on our way home.

Great place for a little cal stopover. We were there when the pub was closed but the room was clean, comfy and suited our need for a one night stopover.

Cons:

All good. Had a few problems with inserting/removing the key which I'm sure will be sorted.
