Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the space and the beautiful area.
Pros:

The space was wonderful. The location was ideal. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The view of the park was nice. It was a very nice surprise to have a portable fan available in the room.

Cons:

The stairs are challenging. There was not a door hanger available for “maid services requested” or “do not disturb” Laundry service would have been nice and would given us extra reason to show better appreciation for the services.

Extremely disappointing
Pros:

The kitchen area was clean and the property left little snack which were nice.

Cons:

The property smelt of weed as we entered. The room was quite small- not many images of the ground apartment. The bathroom was tiny! And the shower is so small! There was no handheld shower head… really difficult if you don’t want to wash your hair. The mirror on the wall wouldn’t work too.
The room got so hot and we couldn’t open the window. Luckily there was a fan in the room… which was that thick in dust I don’t think any air would come through.
It was nice to see the cleaners tidying the rooms… they like to knock on the minute it’s check out time.

Overall, it’s way overpriced for the property.

very good and worth the price, only thing - shower is a little small
Pros:

the apartment was amazing! worth the money 100% and its right in the centre of Preston so perfect for a night out or just doing abit of shopping.

Cons:

the only thing is the shower was quite small in the apartment we had so you struggle to move round in the shower and your hair would get wet when having a normal shower but its not a massive deal and this may have just been the apertment we were in

Perfect for a couple of nights stay in the city centre. Great staff, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No negatives, it was exactly as listed.

Though I would suggest that it would be better to recommend parking in the St Wilfrids Street Car Park rather than the Avenham Park Car Park on East Cliff St. It's just a few extra minutes away on foot but much better all round.

Convenient clean and high standards
Pros:

Ive stayed at this property on several occasions and high standards of service and cleanliness each time. this time the first room wasnt to my expectations and the staff immediately sorted this out, so cant fault the service
