The building site across the road a bit loud

Basically took my money i went in and cancelled they told me i would be refunded i wasnt and then put me down as a no show so they could keep my money under there policy staff rude just a nightmare to deal with ive rung then countless times they just say the same thing that they will get back to me and never do

Reception staff were very helpful. Location was ideal for the city centre.
The hotel was tired and in need of a refresh however, it was clean and warm.
There was a requirement to pay £100 deposit at reception for potential damages. This should have been highlighted at the time of booking and could catch some people out. Payment was by cash or card.
