Basic room, friendly staff
Pros:

Great location, friendly helpful staff and bed was very clean. Water hot and bonus heated towel rail.
Clean towels and room was warm.

Cons:

Kettle was dirty with stains of dirty hand marks and splashes of coffee and cracked rim. I washed it over in the sink and it up came clean. Cups also had marks of coffee on the lip.
You can see everywhere has gad a quick clean but not with care, looked like dirty cloth had been used. Curtains full of thick dust when shut.
States to use NCP car park and get 15% discount, but they didn't have discount code to give us. They said to park in St David's as its cheaper next time. 10 00 cheaper in fact!

Pros:

I use this hotel every time I visit Swansea. It doesn't claim to be 5 star. But its clean and comfortable. The staff are great and its perfectly right in the city centre.

First impressions can be deceptive
Pros:

The hotel was central, easy to find, and very clean. The staff Richard and Craig were so helpful it was a pleasure to stay there. I will stay again
