Being disabled it was very difficult to find a parking space especially with the roads being 'one-way' it took us a good hour to find parking

There was nothing not to like
Central location
The room was disgustingly dirty. The carpets were ripped, paint was peeling. The windows were caked in Seagull mess. We found blood on the underside of the hand basin also. In addition, did not get any sleep. The hotel is right next to Swansea market and there are hundreds of Seagulls who make it their home who makes a horrendous noise at 4am onwards.
Size of bathtub would've bee ice if the water was hot enough to enjoy a bath. Good WiFi. Central location.
One bedside table missing. No plug points near head of bed. Although they clearly try their hardest to clean thoroughly, the stains and worn down carpets, wallpaper, and other parts of the decor, really make the place look grotty. Cheap sheets. Doors are very loud on closing, disturbing sleep. Coffee in cafe is disgusting. Cafe is overpriced for food and drinks for what it is, basic and poor quality. Worst of all, the deposit was never mentioned during booking, or over the phone when I contacted the hotel to confirm the booking. It was mentioned on arrival when I was tired and unfocused after traveling. I was charged an extra £100 and told it would be returned onn checkout. On checkout I was told because it was charged wrongly, on my card, that it will take 10 business days to be returned. I was never given the option to pay in cash and be given it on checkout. 3 weeks later still no refund, contacted the hotel, an email was sent and my bank details given to their admin team. 1 week later still no refund. I emailed the hotel and admin team saying if I did not receive my refund by the next day I would have to seek legal advice. 24 hours later... received refund. The whole deposit is a scheme to claim more money off people who will not be bothered or able to advocate to get it back. Dirty people!
The staff were pleasant enough but the room was small, the tv was very small, the cleanliness was not great. Had to pay for breakfast which was not great option based on it being brought to the room.
The room was small and there was one socket in whole room. The amenities were non existent There was a required deposit of £100 on top of the booking which i felt was not necessary and inconvenient. Refunds take 3 days also unacceptable
