Un buen lugar para hospedarte

La alberca es fría pero muy agradable y los niños estaban felices. La habitación es bonita, cómoda y espaciosa. La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy tarde, dura poco, de 9 a 11am. Además, el buffet no tiene mucha variedad.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la plaza y perfecta para realizar tus actividades la habitación es lo que esperas un habitación de 4*4 con baño y tv el servicio de internet es bueno no esperes grandes velocidades pero cumple su funcion.

Property was super close to downtown

Cons:

Bathroom shower had some mold, there were ants crawling on the wall, all bed sheets smelled like they were not dried well, WiFi and tv were not working. Staff were not found when needed and if available they took forever to get us what we needed.

Todo muy bien!
Pros:

El desayuno no lo tomamos debido a que salimos de Tour muy temprano y lo empiezan hasta las 9am. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El agua de la piscina está helada. No la pudimos usar.

Good value for money, great breakfast, lovely pool and gardens, room could be cleaner.
Pros:

Very affordable rooms. Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the pool area. The lady who prepared our breakfast was lovely and it was an amazing Mexican breakfast. The gardens and pool area is very lovely and well kept. The location is very close to the town square.

Cons:

Our room could have been cleaner, thick dust on top of air conditioner. Water pressure in shower was very low. The room had a strong smell of mould / dampness. You cannot drive to the front of the hotel as the road is for pedestrians only. Parking is a block away from the hotel with a very steep hill between the two.

Pros:

Me gustó la buenísima ubicación, el servicio de la señorita que nos atendió super atenta, nos resolvió las dudas. Enfrente del hotel está un bar buenísimo de que llama Plutarco ahí cenamos y pasamos una velada increíble ahí.

Está caminando a 1 minuto caminando del centro.
La vista de la habitación que me tocó una jova, de verdad pareciera un mirador. Nos encantó.

La alberca súper padre, limpia solo que fría, es cuestión de gustos.

Cons:

No fue tanto que no me gustará, más bien sería para las personas que quieren hospedarse lo consideren, no hay servicio de restaurante dentro del hotel ( durante la tarde- noche) y no hay como tal un estacionamiento dentro del hotel si no uno cerca como a, unos metros.

Las subidas son pronunciadas para entrar caminando y bajar al hotel. Para que se considere en personas mayores o bien si viene con silla de ruedas si sería considerar otra opción para que después no. Se batalle.

Me encanto ubicación, calidad y precio
Pros:

La ubicación es céntrica, las instalaciones son muy buenas, 3 camas cómodas tamaño matrimonial con una vista bonita. Aceptaron a la mascota que llevaba mi amiga. Nos ayudaron a estacionar la camioneta en su estacionamiento y no tienen valet parking

Cons:

Para llegar hay que subir una escalinata y no tiene barandales para los que no tienen condición este podría ser un soporte. No es fácil acceso para personas en sillas de ruedas. Estaría muy bien que tuvieran una cafetería en la habitación.

No sé respeto la reserva de Booking, ya que en la aplicación decía habitación con terraza y por eso reserve además de escoger ese tipo de habitación, y cuando llegue me dieron una habitación sin terraza diferente a la que escogí en Booking les dije que esa no era la reservada y me cobraron 200$ extra por pasarme a una habitación como la que había escogido...
