Çok içten çalışanlarla lezzetli yemeklerin birleşimi, harikulade deniz ve çok eğlenceli bir tatildi. Seneye tekrar gelme
Pros:

Tesis çalışanlarının hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve anlayışlılardı, en çok çalışanlardan memnun kaldık.
Restoranda menü çeşitliliği çok fazlaydı ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi, her gün çok güzel yemekler çıktı.
4 yıldızlı bir otele göre fiyat ve performans beklentimizin çok çok üstündeydi.

Cons:

3 kişi için rezervasyon yaptırdığımız odada bir adet çift kişilik yatak ve bir adet de koltuk vardı, koltuk uyumak için ne yazık ki pek de konforlu değildi.

Cons:

Mutfak ekibiniz daha iyi olmalı.
Öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde protein ağırlıklı yiyeceklerin doğru marina edilmediği,
Doğru pişirme tekniği uygulanmadığı,
Daha önemlisi bu ürünlerin satınalınma sebebinin yerine getirilmediği kanaatindeyim.
Pişirme pileyrlrinin temizliği de dikktimizden kaçmadı.(hijyen değildi)
Bu ve buna benzer taleplerimizi işletme şeflrinizlede paylaştım.
Aile olarak otelinize seviyoruz .

Классно отдохнули. Ничего не испортило нам отдых. Нхали без больших надежд, получили больше.
Pros:

Пляж, мелкий заход в море, песок - идеально для детей.
Большая территория, объединенная с другими корпусами.
Прекрасное питание! Даже шикарное!
Классные вечерние шоу и мини диско.
Вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Сантехника. Течет унитаз , запах в санузле.
Мало света в номере. Ужасно темно.
Плохая уборка. Заявлена смена постельного раз в 3 дня. Но по факту поменяли наволочки, пододеяльник и часть простыней оставили.
Но после заявки на ресепшен, на следующий день сменили полностью.
Пыль с поверхностей даже не трогали.

After the quick room change, everything was simply splendid.
Pros:

We had the perfect vacation! The room was spacious, the food was delicious, and the beach was absolutely wonderful. There were plenty of activities throughout the day and three different evening programs to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Cons:

At first, we were given a small room at the back of the hotel, right next to the main road, and it was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep the whole night. The next morning, my husband went to the reception and asked if they could find us a quieter room. They handled it immediately and moved us right away — a very nice gesture!

Beautiful area and great staff, but is turning into a place where guests just drink way too much.
Pros:

Every meal is good and varied. Unfortunately, despite the labels, the dishes may contain gluten, so the hotel is not a good choice if you want a gluten-free holiday destination. The beach area is a very good sandy beach.

Cons:

Compared to the years 2023 and 2024, a lot has changed. The hotel can no longer be recommended for families with children, as a large number of guests smoke — even during events intended for kids. Smoking now takes place almost everywhere in the area, even indoors. At night, it’s also difficult to sleep because drunk guests return to their rooms making a lot of noise.

Pros:

Kompakter Hotelkomplex bei Pegados Club, alles ist nah beieinander.
Sauberes Meer.
Möglichkeit, die Angebote von zwei benachbarten Hotels desselben Besitzers zu nutzen. Grosse Anlage.
Animationsteam freundlich.
Essensauswahl gross und geschmacklich gut.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wirkt etwas veraltet, besonders im Block B, und Renovierungen scheinen schon lange zurückzuliegen.
Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da laut Manager das Hotel vollständig ausgebucht war; er bot uns sogar ein schlechteres Zimmer an als das ursprüngliche.
Die Reinigung war ok, aber frische Handtücher rochen nach alten Handtüchern, was unangenehm war. Der Essensauswahl war groß und das Essen geschmacklich gut, aber viele Gäste hatten in diesem Zeitraum gesundheitliche Probleme, vermutlich durch Wasser oder nicht ganz sauberes Geschirr – viele mussten einen Tag im Bett bleiben.

Serving almost the same food for lunch and dinner everyday, and the quality is below average. Everyone got sick in a group of 5
