Uitstekend
Pros:

Een prachtige locatie met veel groen, fijne en hygiënische kamers en iedere dag goede schoonmaak. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Er waren leuke activiteiten en elke avond een gezellige show. Ook de bars aan het strand waren erg fijn om overdag lekker te ontspannen.

Een groot pluspunt is dat we gebruik konden maken van de faciliteiten van de andere AQI Pegasos hotels. Hierdoor hadden we veel vrijheid en volop keuze. We hebben ontzettend genoten en komen zeker graag nog eens terug!

Pros:

Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle kat görevlisi hanımefendilerin ilgisi, nezaketi ve titiz temizlik anlayışı takdire şayandı. Kendilerine ne kadar teşekkür etsek azdır.
Yemekler ve kahvaltılar her gün taze, lezzetli ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Bar bölümünde sunulan içeceklerin kalitesi ve çeşitliliği de beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Emeği geçen tüm otel personeline teşekkür eder, tekrar görüşmeyi dileriz.

Cons:

Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık. Ancak geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşündüğümüz birkaç konu var.
Bar bölümünde içeceklerin yanında çerez, cips veya benzeri küçük ikramların sunulmasının misafir memnuniyetini artıracağını düşünüyoruz. Sadece içecek servisi yapılması bu konuda biraz eksik hissettirdi.
Ayrıca, otel müşterisi olmadığını düşündüğümüz bir kişinin otel içerisinde rahatça dolaşması güvenlik açısından bizi endişelendirdi. Durumu güvenlik görevlisine bildirmemize rağmen herhangi bir müdahalede bulunulmaması bizi üzdü. Misafirlerin kendilerini daha güvende hissedebilmeleri için bu tür durumlarda daha dikkatli ve hızlı aksiyon alınmasının faydalı olacağını düşünüyoruz.

Excellent je recommande vraiment
Pros:

Hôtel excellent pour la 2 eme année consécutive
Personnel très professionnel et réactif
Complexe très propres et sécurisée
Piscine toboggan spectacles repas chambres tout était super

Cons:

Les prix dans les galerie de l’hôtel ( tresse 40€) ou crème solaire à 25€ et petite voiture pour les enfants 10€ c’est assez fou mais l’hôtel est excellent

An outstanding family experience with exceptional food, cleanliness, and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional—from the diverse, delicious food to the amazingly friendly staff who even helped celebrate our son's 4th birthday. The resort is spotlessly clean, and as non-smokers, we especially appreciated the designated smoking areas at the beach and pool. The animation team and the entire staff truly made this an unforgettable family vacation.

Больше всего нам понравился пляж. Отдельное спасибо Кристине, инструктору по стрельбе из лука. Очень дружелюбная и профессиональная, научила как правильно пользоваться луком

Cons:

Не понравилось что в отеле практический отсутствует детский клуб и развлечения для детей. Есть пару мероприятий в день для детей, под солнцем, но нету детского клуба, нету отдельного помещения у детей, это прям огромный минус, так как мы были с 3-мя детьми и хотели чтобы дети хорошо провели время

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité-prix ! L’hôtel est propre, le personnel est agréable, et la nourriture est bonne et variée. Je recommande cet hôtel aux familles.

L’accès aux piscines et aux activités des hôtels AQI juste à côté est un vrai plus. La plage est également superbe.

Pros:

We have experienced many hotels in Alanya and Antalya regions so far, but AQI Pegasos was by far the one we loved and enjoyed the most.

The family room assigned to us was simply wonderful, it offered an extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy living space.

The restaurant section was absolutely flawless. Having a selection of traditional Turkish cuisine, local delicacies, and international dishes was a fantastic detail.
The breakfast was magnificent.
The patisserie section featured a variety of desserts and pastries that you couldn’t even find in the best bakeries.
It was also nice to have unlimited tea, coffee, and beverage service.

With its private beach, peaceful night walks and evening animation shows, the hotel provided us with a truly perfect holiday.

All the staffs, employees were incredibly polite, kind, and professional, as if they had been carefully selected.

It is a magnificent hotel that cannot be fully described in words, it must be experienced firsthand.

We wholeheartedly recommend AQI Pegasos to our family, friends, and anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful holiday around the Alanya Antalya area.

Şimdiye kadar Alanya ve Antalya bölgelerinde pek çok otel deneyimledik, ancak AQI Pegasos, açık ara en çok sevdiğimiz ve keyif aldığımız otel oldu.

Bize tahsis edilen aile odası tek kelimeyle harikaydı, son derece konforlu, temiz ve keyifli bir yaşam alanı sunuyordu.

Restoran bölümü ise kusursuzdu. Geleneksel Türk mutfağı, yöresel lezzetler ve dünya mutfağından seçeneklerin bir arada sunulması harika bir ayrıntıydı.
Kahvaltı muhteşemdi.
Pastane bölümünde, en iyi fırınlarda bile hepsini bir arada bulamayacağınız çeşitlilikte tatlılar, pastalar ve hamur işleri yer alıyordu.
Sınırsız çay, kahve ve içecek servisi sunulması da ayrıca güzeldi.

Özel plajı, huzurlu gece yürüyüşleri ve akşam animasyon gösterileriyle otel, bize gerçekten mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi yaşattı.

Tüm personel ve çalışanlar; sanki özenle seçilmişçesine son derece nazik, kibar ve profesyoneldi.
Kelimelerle tam olarak tarif edilemeyecek, bizzat yaşanması gereken muhteşem bir otel.

AQI Pegasos'u ailemize, arkadaşlarımıza ve Alanya ve Antalya bölgesinde güzel, konforlu ve huzurlu bir tatil arayışında olan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyoruz.

Puno sadržaja. Odlična usluga Sve je bilo na vrhunskom nivou.
