I have to pay additional instead of booking through booking.com
They called me a day before my check in date and said that there isn't rooms available. Although I paid them advance still They told me either take your advance back or take a bigger room which was costing me extra. The city of amritsar at that time was also heavily crowded and there wasn't much room available. They clearly refused to provide me the room one of the worst experience

Worst hotel poor cleaning. Don't EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL
Location is very good. Just beside Gurudwara Sahib.
Rooms are very clumsy, no ventilation. Bathroom door was not proper. All triple bed rooms are at ground floor. They will provide only ground floor rooms for online booking. Also rodents are present. I have booked two rooms and in both the rooms rodents damaged bags. But the hotel proprietor has refused to accept it. My two costly bags have been damaged. Even after showing it they didn't admit the problem, let alone about compensation.
