Pros:

Good location, comfortable and spacious room, value for money

Cons:

There was a smoking smell in the room that took some time to go only after the ac is on. so, ventilation is not that great. the washroom at the restaurant in the 5th floor is unhygienic and badly maintained with a stink.

Good property , Maybe priced a bit more than what I think it should be for this time of the year.
