The breakfasts were great. The staff exceptional and friendly. Amazing chef Mike aimed to please. Really a value for money stay. I would definitely recommend Kings Lodge. Sia the receptionist was just the best.
The music in the dining room we asked a few times to turn it down as you could not hear yourself speak.
Friendly staff and the environment
Nothing
The location is perfect and our cottage was very cosy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Siya who has a passion for her job. The meals were delicious
We only had breakfast at the hotel on our last morning. We waited very long for our coffee & we were told they had a unforeseen staffing issue.
They could perhaps have a 2 prong plug as we forgot to take one
Lovely old lodge. Loved the rooms and such good value for money. Breakfast was great.
It was a comfortable overnight stay.
The direction of GPS took us off track. At night.
My breakfast was horrible.
Th English breakfast was on fire.
Nothing noted.
Very friendly staff
The grounds and swimming pool were in a sad state. Considering it was Easter weekend, this should have been attended too.
There was a problem with knifes spoons dishcloths and towels in the place. Which was only sorted out on the last night
The braai area that was far from the door behind the house
Friendly, helpful staff
