Pros:

good staff in welcoming and checkout, except the woman who clean the room that entered and we were inside the room (the reason is the card was not put inside the stuff and she thinks that the room is empty and reserved) but the staff should know the reserved rooms.

Cons:

Simple breakfast, and not that confort bed, and not having a duvet to cover your self.

Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel. À l’écoute et généreux les personnes qui tiennent cet hôtel sont d’une humanité rare. L'hôtel est bien placé pas très loin du centre. On peut rentrer tard la nuit à pied aucun problème. J’ai pu faire mon checking à 00:04. Ici c’est 24/24 car ils tiennent compte des retards de vol

This hotel is ideal for travelers who want comfort, hospitality, and a central location to explore Istanbul.
Pros:

Rooms clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Housekeeping was done daily, with fresh linens and towels always provided. Also our room was with the balcony, where we have enjoyed the view of the city. I didn't take a photo of the room, but it completely matches the photos on Booking.com.
Location perfectly situated near the historic center. Major attractions like the Süleymaniye Mosque and Grand Bazaar are within walking distance, and public transport is easily accessible.
Staff very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions and gave great recommendations for places to visit. Especially thanks to Sveta and Julya. They have shined like a stars.

Cons:

Sometimes WiFi signal was weak in the room.

Чистота и обслуживание номеров
Ежемесячная полная дезинфекция, ежедневная уборка, смена постельного белья и полотенец, вывоз мусора. Электричество и вода — без перебоев, кондиционеры работают, есть лифт.

Питание
Свежий и сбалансированный завтрак, всегда свежая выпечка. При отеле — пиццерия с доставкой в номер (оплата наличными и картой). В отеле можно купить воду и базовые напитки.

Персонал
Исключительно отзывчивые сотрудники. Часть персонала говорит по-русски (в том числе женщины — важно для девушек из СНГ), есть англо- и турецкоязычные сотрудники. На ресепшене помогут с трансфером, заказом еды, вызовом такси, поиском аптек.

Безопасность
Круглосуточный ресепшен, камеры на этажах и снаружи, сейф в номере. Тихий и безопасный район. Девушки могут чувствовать себя спокойно.

Расположение
В шаговой доступности: достопримечательности, продуктовые и хозяйственные магазины, аптеки, общественный транспорт. Uber работает. Из номера — вид на море с балкона.

Инфраструктура отеля
Отличный Wi-Fi, по запросу — чайник и утюг. На паспорта надевают чехлы с картой и контактами отеля.

Особый случай
Во время болезни в праздничный день персонал самостоятельно обзвонил дежурные аптеки, уточнил адреса и помог найти нужные лекарства.

Мы очень рады и довольны своим пребываем в этом отеле, благодаря персоналу и расположению отеля мы чувствовали себя в безопасности и с постоянной поддержкой, это сделало наш отдых максимально комфортным. Огромное спасибо!

Зупинялись у Elidol Hotel і залишились дуже задоволені. Персонал неймовірно привітний та уважний — всі наші особисті прохання виконувались швидко і з турботою.

Особливо приємно здивувало, що нам дали в користування Istanbulkart та парасольку — такі дрібниці створюють справжнє відчуття гостинності та комфорту.

У готелі дуже тепла атмосфера, працівники щиро стараються допомогти та зробити відпочинок максимально комфортним. Обов’язково повернемось ще 🫶🏼

Cu siguranță voi reveni la acest hotel.
Pros:

Este un hotel mic dar foarte ok pentru Istambul. Foarte aproape de centru, cu camere spatioase. Se face curat în fiecare zi si se schimba prosoapele. Micul dejun mai mult decât decent, sigur găsești ceva de mâncat, nu mori de foame.
Personalul foarte amabil și de ajutor.
