Pros:

The ,room was comfortble and offered everything we needed at the end of our trip. The complimentary breakfast and shuttle back to the train station really made this excellent value at the end of a 6 week trip.

Proche de l'aéroport. Climatisation. Lits confortables. Propre. Petit-déjeuner. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

La personne qui nous a accueilli ne parlait pas anglais, mais avec le traducteur et la gentillesse de la personne tout s'est bien passé. Le petit-déjeuner est asiatique, nous avons eu du mal à apprécier. (Mais cela reste subjectif et à l'appréciation de chacun.)

Excellent staff, buffet breakfast, and shuttle service!
Pros:

The hotel is really near Osaka Kansai (KIX) airport and the train station Rinku-Town line. They have a shuttle bus that would drop you off to this train station from 5-10 AM every 30 minutes. The 6-9 AM breakfast buffet was real servings of sausage, stir fry vegetables, eggs, salads, meatballs, chicken, miso soup, udon, pastries, drinks, etc. The hotel staff were very kind, patient, and took care of our needs from fresh towels, pajamas, water bottle, toiletries, and made sure that the room temperature was comfortable. Ms. Furukawa even assisted us from our shuttle reservation to make sure that we don’t miss it. The shuttle service staff also was very helpful.

Cons:

The location is more like an industrial area. There is a walking distance convenience store called Family Mart and a Ramen place. The outlet mall is a little bit far to walk, but it is near the Rinku-Town station. This is your station stop wherever you go to get back to the hotel. You may reach Osaka center where the famous Dotonbori street, Korean town, etc. in less than an hour on the train.

非常好，下次再到临空的话还会选择。
Pros:

房间宽敞，有独立的淋浴间，虽然稍微有些狭窄。这个价格提供早餐和免费的班车到jr临空站，性价比很高。我到的时候是中午，离规定的4点check-in还有很久，但是前台的姐姐查了房间的准备状况后直接给我免费early check in了。

Cons:

地理位置上离临空奥特莱斯算是有些距离，步行需要一点时间，但是可以接受的范围之内。到jr临空站则是可以预约免费的班车，所以也不是什么大问题。

安く泊まれますが、朝食は期待出来ないです。

ホテル近くに海やアウトレットがあって、良かったです。
スタッフの方の対応は、丁寧でした。

Cons:

電話の台や、換気扇に埃。シャワールームのカビが気になりました。

Very friendly staff, it felt like they were welcoming us to their home. 😃
The breakfast was excellent and a lot of variety. You can make your own cappuccinos. They have a shuttle that will take you to Rinku shopping by the beach. It is walking distance to the Rinku Park and Lawson combini just around the corner. There is a good ramen place across the street.

Cons:

The beds were VERY firm.
