早めにチェックインもさせて頂き、大満足です。
Pros:

お手頃価格なのに、朝食付き。
駐車場が有料だが予約出来たので、安心できた。
スタッフの対応が良かった。
近くにコンビニがある。
駅まで20分位、景色の良い所を歩いて行ける。
美味しいラーメン屋さんも近くにあった。

Cons:

洗面が小さいのに、蛇口が動かないので、男性の洗顔では周りに水が落ちてします。

スタッフの対応がとても良いホテルでした
Pros:

スタッフの方がとても丁寧で、朝食バイキングの時に子供がトングを汚してしまいましたがすぐに気づいてくれて笑顔で対応してくださいました
また子供2人と大人1人でツインを予約しましたが、ベットをくっつけてくれていて子供が寂しがらずに済みました
部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて景色も良くてとてもいい思い出になりました

Cons:

子供がベットの上を歩き回ったりした際にホコリの量が少し多くてハウスダストアレルギー持ちの私は目が痒くなりマスク必須でした
子供が大人しくしておらずこちらの過ごし方の問題も大きかったので書くか迷いましたが一応。。
鍵の開け方のコツが最後まで掴めず難しかったです笑

Close to airport, great breakfast, beach and walking path across the road is unique.
Pros:

Quiet, clean, basic room, if not a little spartan ... but with everything you need to keep you off the street on your first night in Japan. There is a convenience store nearby (two, actually) and a Nissan car dealer if you're planning on buying a car (haha.) The breakfast was sensational; a good and hearty selection of tasty food available, truly great value for the price and open at civilised times.

The hotel is a bit of a hike from Rinku Town Station, not recommended to walk if you have luggage. Do yourself a favour and get a taxi. However ... right across the road there is a most unusual and interesting beach, covered in large, smooth, white pebbles, looks kind of like an alien shore on another planet. There is a lovely walking path along the beach that will take you most of the way back to Rinku Town Station, or ... if you like taking a morning jog, the location is fabulous with a view across the ocean to the Kansai International Airport.

Cons:

I didn't seem to be able to adjust the heater / air-con ... this might be centrally controlled. I needed to get some cool airflow in the room, but was only able to turn on the heater then drop the temperature right down. Access to the air-con and other functions would have been good.
