Really good value for money, allowed us to early check in too.
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Only stayed two nights but staff and location were lovely.

It's ok
Pros:

Location 20mins walk from Rinku Town station, near the outlet shopping centre. Free shuttle in the morning to Rinku Town Station, but not to the airport. Carpet looks a bit old but they provide slippers. Bedding seemed clean.

Cons:

Hotel and amenities are rather dated. Breakfast is ok, but a bit limited - would have liked to see fresh fruit options. Not able to set air-conditioning temperature in the room - apparently centrally controlled.

Great value and friendly spot!
Pros:

Staff at the hotel were super friendly and Nishima made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was a nice addition to the experience as was the shuttle to the station. Very good value for money!

Pros:

お部屋は広めで、スリッパ、パジャマ、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーなども揃っており、シャワーブース（浴槽無し）は使いやすかった。
りんくうタウン駅➡︎ホテルは送迎無しなので、タクシーで行きました。（1000円くらい）歩くにはかなり遠いです。ホテル➡︎駅は送迎バスを出してくれます。歩いて2分の所にコンビニがあります。

りんくうタウン駅から遠い。
