Great, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect, great location on the hillside in away from Mennagio amazing setting with views of the lake, village and hills, but easiy accessible by foot or bus (just ask for directions there is a direct walking/cycling paths off the main road to get down to Mennagio). The hotel is family run, super friendly and helpful, and the pool was perfect (it was a heatwave so we swapped hiking for relaxing) within beautiful garden surroundings.

Cons:

Nothing.

We had been put off before we arrived by the comments about access as we didn't have a car, we are so glad we ignored these, as the hotel location was great in the quieter village of Coche (much better than staying in super busy/touristy town) and we could walk or get the bus in to Mennagio easily.

A secrete pearl and good value for money
Pros:

It is a list pearl, I like it a lot and it is good value for money.
Bathroom is great, bigger than the average in Italy and the space in the room is great.
View has no words to describe

Cons:

There is not a place to have dinner nearby, you need to go to Menaggio center
Breakfast was a bit simple but the staff is super friendly

Wonderful family-run hotel!
Pros:

Lovely family-run small hotel. Beautiful pool with a fabulous view. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The hotel itself was fabulous. It was just a bit far from the city center (40-minute walk; 6-minute taxi). But there is a an inexpensive bus that runs fairly often, just not late in the evening after dinner hours

Couple très sympathique et serviable
Très jolie vue sur le lac depuis notre balcon
Petit déjeuner très correct
Un grand parking proche de l hôtel gratuit

Cons:

Emplacement éloigné du centre de la ville
La voiture est presque indispensable car la remontée du bord du lac à l hôtel est très difficile mais on a toujours trouvé de la place pour se garer au centre ville

Good base for golf and exploring Lake Como
Pros:

Friendliness of the owners, bar open when ever you wanted a drink, excellent breakfast and an amazing bathroom.
Good reserved parking spot
Close to an amazing golf course that also had an excellent restaurant
Bus stop outside to go to Menaggio, so easy to get the ferry to Belafio

Cons:

Not easy to walk to Menaggio due to the windy roads and no pavement

La señora muy simpática, la habitación es cómoda con vistas hermosa.

Cons:

La ubicación y la falta de instrucciones para llegar al parking. Camino de montaña para ir y venir a menaggio.

Professionnalisme de l hôtelier qui parle bien le français et qualité des prestations
Pros:

L’accueil des gérants et leurs précieux conseils pour visiter la région, trouver de bonnes adresses, le petit déjeuner très complet et copieux, la propreté des chambres , la piscine dont nous n avons pas pu malheureusement profité compte tenu de la météo, et une belle terrasse

Cons:

Prévoir un certain temps pour descendre à Menaggio à pied (mais nous l avons fait par un chemin sécurisé et conseillé par l hôtelier) , le bus est le bienvenu pour le retour

Propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques Le monsieur parle très bien français Belle piscine
Petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

L’emplacement trop loin du centre obligation de prendre la voiture pour le ferry et centre ville où il y’a très peu de place pour se garer Chambres vieillottes pas de frigo Accès difficile avec différents niveaux d’escalier tout biscornu sans ascenseur Hôtel place au bord de la route très bruyante

I’d happily stay again
