Lovely hotel with wonderful staff at a great price.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, spacious and clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. The staff at this hotel were welcoming and approachable. They didn't hesitate to help us out in answering questions on transport, restaurants, etc. Great price but sadly it was not in a great location when it came to walking around and difficult to get into town for dinner, etc.

Super hôtel avec vue sur le lac à Menaggio
Pros:

La vue sur le lac depuis le balcon est super ! Le gérant est vraiment très gentil et nous a donné des bons conseils sur les alentours, notamment pour aller à menaggio à pied via un joli chemin! Il était aussi assez facile de se garer gratuitement a proximité de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine mais cela doit être un plus en été.
C'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur mais il était bien fourni et de bonne qualité !

Estadia em Menaggio.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem cuidado e organizado, sempre limpíssimo, uma excelente primeira impressão. O quarto para mim, minha esposa e meu filho tinha um tamanho excelente, com camas confortáveis, um bom banheiro e uma varandinha com excelente vista. O responsável pelo hotel sempre estava presente e muito prestativo; além disso, foi muito gentil ao nos oferecer croissants para levarmos na saída pois tivemos que fazer um checkout antes do café da manhã. A equipe da limpeza impressionou, sendo muito rápida e com excelente serviço.

Cons:

A parte negativa fica pela localização, visto que o hotel fica relativamente afastado do centro da cidade, de modo que tudo que se queira fazer, precisa-se de um carro. Nós tentamos ir ao centro da cidade caminhando (cerca de 2 km), mas além da estrada ser bem íngreme para a volta é super perigosa pois em um bom trecho não tem calçada e tem-se que andar muito próximo aos carros na estrada sinuosa. Pelo preço pago (cerca de 730 euros para um fim de semana com uma família de 3 pessoas), talvez seja possível conseguir um hotel mais próximo ao centro da cidade.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. We could walk down into the town and catch a ferry. We could get a bus back that brought us right outside the hotel! Nice choice of restaurants local to the hotel. Good breakfast at the hotel.
