- hotel is located near many eateries and supermarkets
- room is cosy
- communication with staff was somewhat hard; I'd asked if I would be able to book a Grab taxi back from the elephant sanctuary and was told it would be no issue, but that wasn't the case so I was stranded there until I received help form generous locals. Similarly, I could not deliver food as the menus in the room are just placeholders. Many times my requests were poorly understood.
- I paid RM130 per night for the most basic room. The walk-in price is at a constant RM88 and you can even find it cheaper than that on Agoda for example, and at a similar price on booking.com normally. But if the pricetag is significantly above RM88, I would recommend not using booking.com because that's quite overpriced for what you get/an unfair price. I asked at the reception if I could cancel on booking.com and rebook with them at the walk-in price and they referred me to contact booking.com customer service, which said they couldn't help either and I had to figure this out with the property. I wasted time going around in circles only to eventually have to pay another night at the same inflated rate as no one was of any help.
- they also requested an additional RM20 as a tourist tax on arrival, and only when I asked why I enquired about paying extra for the room, they proceeded to refund it to me as it was now a "mistake". All in all, this place doesn't seem considerate of guests' money/overall experience

Tidak sesuai untuk keluarga yang ramai. Untuk keluarga besar perlu tempat bilik yang lebih besar. Namun, harga agak mahal bagi yang berpendapatan sederhana.

The room was spacious. It can accommodate 5 of us with enough space for dining table.
1) Limited parking surrounding the hotel building. But, we are allowed to park on the field nearby.
2) Location is a bit out of the central town.
