Prachtig hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekende keuken.
Pros:

Een prima familiehotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, een uitstekend ontbijt en heerlijk avondeten. De ligging is zeer geschikt voor wandeltochten en auto touren. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Kaltes Zimmer unter dem Dach
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Ruhige Unterkunft.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer unter dem Dach war ziemlich kalt als ich ankam, da die Heizung nicht entlüftet war und damit fast keine Wärme abgegeben hat sowie auf niedrigster Stufe eingestellt war (im Bad und im Zimmer). Auf meine Bitte wurde diese dann entlüftet. Leider dauerte das Erwärmen des Zimmers den ganzen Abend. Dusche liefert heisses und kaltes Wasser im Wechsel jedoch keine konstante Temperatur.

Personal und Essen waren toll !!!

Cons:

Es gab leider keinen Fahrstuhl. Ich bin momentan auf Rollstuhl und Unterarmgehstützeb angewiesen. Da war der Weg zum Zimmer etwas schmerzhaft. Aber es war für die eine Nacht trotzdem total ok 👌

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Bei einem Besuch in Winterberg oder Willingen empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Das Essen ist vorzüglich.

Ich habe in Deutschland noch nie einen besseren Service erlebt, die Hotelzimmer sind sehr sauber, die Lage ist super, ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel; Zimmer sehr geräumig; Frühstück sehr gut, da vielseitig und ausgewogen; Essen im Restaurant außergewöhnlich

Cons:

Leider war die Gastgeberin nicht sehr freundlich, insbesondere wurden unsere Gästewünsche (z.B. kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag) als lästig hingenommen. Auch unsere Bitte um heißes Wasser wurde leider nur so ungern erfüllt. Daher haben wir uns im Hotel insgesamt nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer.

Cons:

Parkeerplaats was niet direct voor de deur maar na een paar meter lopen was hier plaats voor. Avondmaaltijd liet op zich wachten maar zeker de moeite waard.

Perfect hotel waar je ook heel lekker kan dineren.
Pros:

Nette kamers. Vooral comfortkamers zijn recent geüpdatet . Mensen erg vriendelijk en goed ontbijt

Cons:

Wij hadden de kamer boven de keuken en die was ietwat gehorig. Maar daar had je s’nachts geen last van.
