Espaçosa, muito bem decorada, com um jacuzzi que faz as delicias dos casais e miúdos.
Fica muito bem localizada, com restaurantes, bares e perto do castelo. Com um vista fabulosa para o vale e Goreme. O pequeno almoço de qualidade. O staff muito atencioso e profissional
Location for balloon watching is great. Close to town and restaurants. Breakfast was good.
Very rundown and in need of renovation. This goes for the whole area and most of the hotels too.
We liked the location. It wasn’t that touristy. The breakfast was good.
The beds were small and bed sheets were a bit old. The room was small. The staff didn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Don’t buy the balloon with them because it’s more expensive than doing it with the company directly.
The property is perfectly located, with great view over the valley. The staff is super kind and welcoming, and the whole facility is beautifully designed and very well-maintained. I will recommend this place to everyone, and if ever back to Capadocia, I will stay here again (although normally I prefer to explore new hotels). It was one of the best stays we have ever had!
There was nothing I didn’t like - we were not lucky as the balloons were cancelled 3 days in a raw, but that’s not property’s fault :)

Duzy pokój z jacuzzi i pięknym widokiem
Bardzo skromne śniadanie. Byliśmy zaskoczeni ponieważ w poprzednich hotelach nigdy nie żałowano nam jedzenia w tym natomiast kelner niechętnie zgodził się byśmy dostali coś więcej co również było skromne. Dodatkowo powiedziano nam że nie zrobią świeżego soku z pomarańczy ponieważ nie mają- co było dziwne ponieważ do pankake'ów zostały podane pomarańcze :D dodatkowo chłopak zamówił drinka i nie został on przyniesiony przez kelnera.
Najdroższy hotel który wzięliśmy w Turcji niestety przez to śniadanie giga minus.
Cok güzel bir tatil gecirdik. Istedigimiz odada konakladik. Calisanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardimci oldular. Jakuzi keyfide ayri güzeldi. Terasta kahvalti bol cesitli ve lezzetliydi. Extra misafirlerimizde oldu sorunsuz dahil edip beraber kahvalti yapabildik.

Location and view
Showers handle and shower head needs repaired. Lights couldn’t be turned off without turning off the fan. AC didn’t work. Door was difficult to lock.
We specially booked what they rank their room with the absolute best view and we were nothing but disappointed.
We had requested an early check in, which wasn’t possible (fair) but we actually ended up checking in later than 2pm which is their check in time. Upon arriving to the room we tried to take a shower, there’s was no shampoo or soap left. When we complained about it they sent a fruit basket as compensation which is nice, however considering the time they made us wait for check in, one would have guessed the room would be ready. Also the shower had no doors but a glass wall on only one side which meant showering would soak the entire bathroom. And the bathroom smelled like drainage even though it was supposedly clean.
The bed was as uncomfortable as it gets, making it impossible to rest without getting back or neck pain. The pillow cases were rough and felt so uncomfortable. The room smelt musty and there was no AC, despite the room being very warm in the afternoon. It was the worst sleep we’ve gotten in a while.
Also we filled the terrace jacuzzi in the morning and it was impossible to get in because of how filthy it was. It’s outside, it’s the desert, life happens and that’s ok, but the fact that there is nothing to at least cover it so one can get it at sunrise and get one of the pics they so highly promote is outrageous.
So no, we wouldn’t recommend it for the world.
The personnel is nice and respectful, however that doesn’t make up for everything else. There are waaaaaaay better hotels in the area
