I enjoyed The Flat, which has a great location off 5th Ave at an affordable price.
Pros:

Great location, near public transit, good bed and linens, professional staff, affordable, complimentary tea/coffee, clean shared bathrooms

Cons:

Nothing, but be aware there’s no elevator.

I love NYC
Pros:

Very good location at the Flatiron District.

Cons:

No elevator :( not recommended for elderly with big luggage. The room was small, not much walking space to get to my side of the bed.

L'emplacement et le style
Café thé et fontaine a eau disponible

Cons:

Le matelas et correct mais le lit est totalement instable et grincement.
Ma chambre donne côté rue l'insonorisation est totalement inexistante équivalent de dormir fenêtre ouverte.

Pros:

La habitación perfecta, aunque la cama es un poco incómoda y suena mucho pero creo que es la relación perfecta precio vs calidad. Lo que más me gusta es la ubicación, es perfecta!!

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, así que no es tan cool viajar con maleta grande.

Très mauvaise insonorisation.
Fauteuils devant la chambre avec des personnes qui s'y installent et parlent.
