it was a good accommodation, but people are rude and do not follow the accommodation instructions. then the accommodation is not always clean.. location right in the center of Manhattan

Veramente un buon soggiorno
Pros:

La posizione super, il punto forte di questa struttura. Staff gentile, bagni in comune sempre puliti. Mi è anche piaciuto il fatto che ci fossero a disposizione the, caffè e acqua a tutte le ore. Prezzo buono in confronto ai prezzi folli di New York

A localização do hotel é excelente! Fui a pé até o Madison Square Garden!

O hotel não tem elevador! Se está com muita bagagem, peça para ficar no 1º andar!

Great place to stay. Convienient to a lot of places and close to subway.

It was centralized to a lot of things and easy access to subway.

The Flat is an affordable, adequate place to stay in Flatiron district near public transit.
Pros:

The Flat has a great location in the Flatiron district just off 5th Avenue. It has a nice informal vibe and simple room decor.

I rented a room with shared bath (shower, sink, toilet). A nice feature of the bedroom was that it had a sink in it too.

There is a complimentary coffee and tea bar on the ground floor.
Bag storage is available for early arrivals and the day of check-out.
Hair dryers are available upon request from the front desk.

Cons:

Prospective guests should be aware that there is no elevator. I stayed on the third floor, which was ok for me.

There were five hooks on the wall in my room, good for towels, backpack, etc. I requested a hanger for a dress and was told there were none available.

Pros:

Ottima soluzione per chi viaggia da solo. Struttura vicinissima al flatiron e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Madison Square garden. Stanza piccola, ma con quello che serve. Stazione metro vicina.

Cons:

Materasso troppo morbido. Finestra che dava su un altro palazzo, ma soprattutto non pulita da tempo. Acqua della doccia, che arrivava ad essere tiepida. In estate va benissimo, ma se è così anche nei mesi invernali, potrebbe essere un problema.
Il personale all'accoglienza potrebbe essere più cortese.

Excellent location, staff and good room
Pros:

Staff, in particular the lovely lady in the morning of my afternoon check-in was SO helpful in allowing me to store my suitcase while I got to the World Cup match and even managed to get me a towel to shower before the game!

Cons:

No Fox Sports on TV!
