We were very satisfied.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, location great. The staff at the hotel is professional and also very helpful and polite.

Cons:

One holder in the bathroom was not easily accessible :-)

Pros:

Stater with breakfast, it brilliant very friendly staff, view from the car park was amazing, I would recommend everyone to stay in Corsaro.

Cons:

We loved everything, including the maids.

Pros:

L'accueil était vraiment au top, chaleureux, agréable, bienveillant on s'est senti très vite à l'aise, les explications étaient parfaites. La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment superbe car nous sommes en plein cœur de la lave et on regagne vite à pied le départ pour le funiculaire. Vue sur l'Etna pour les chanceux qui le verront en activité. On a adoré la chambre qui correspond totalement à l'environnement. Profitez du spa était un plus qu 'il ne faut pas rater surtout après l' ascension du volcan. Petit déj génial, et personnel super agréable.

Nous avons été accueilli par David souriant et avenant, parlant très bien le français ainsi que son collègue. Le petit déjeuner, délicieux et copieux, avec un service chaleureux, professionnel et attentionné, et encore une fois une magnifique vue panoramique des environs.Un grand parking gratuit se situe juste devant l’hôtel.
