We left with mixed feelings. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, especially around the pool and restaurant. A special thank you to the chefs and waiters who helped warm our baby’s milk and milk containers, and to the staff who helped my fiancée carry the stroller when I wasn’t around.
The food was delicious, with a wide variety available, although the choices began to feel repetitive by the fourth day. The location was also great: within walking distance of the beach and convenient for driving to and from Fethiye.
Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay, particularly as we were travelling with a young baby.
The children’s pool was colder than the main family pool, with temperatures around 24°C in the morning and no higher than 27°C in the afternoon. The family pool was around 26°C in the morning and reached roughly 29°C later in the day. We found the children’s pool too cold for our infant, which was disappointing.
Sunbed reservations were another frustration. By 7:30 a.m., people were leaving towels on loungers and then disappearing for hours. This felt unfair to guests who actually wanted to use them, and the hotel needs to manage it better.
Smoking was widespread around the pools and in restaurant areas. People smoked on neighbouring loungers even with babies and children beside them. Clearly separated smoking areas would make a big difference for families and non-smokers.
The laundry service and lack of an iron also caused problems. We handed over clothes on Saturday for a Sunday evening photoshoot, but only on Sunday were they returned with an explanation that the laundry was closed that day. Nobody had warned us when we handed them in. The hotel then refused to provide an iron for our room and offered no practical alternative, leaving us to resolve the problem ourselves.
Non-alcoholic drink options could also be improved beyond soft drinks. Alcohol-free beer and sparkling wine would have been welcome.
Our room faced the amphitheatre, where loud evening entertainment made it a poor location for a family with an infant. We were also placed on the second floor despite having a stroller, which meant repeatedly carrying it upstairs with the baby. A room at ground level, away from the entertainment, would have made our stay much easier.
Despite the kindness of many staff members, we expected better and would not return. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel to families travelling with a young baby.

Персонал прекрасний, адже це турки. Дуже ввічливі та працьовиті.
6 днів на тиждень дитяча дискотека з аніматором, потім шоу для дорослих, куди запрошують танцюристів чи фокусників наприклад.
Вночі гучно працюють кондиціонери на вулиці перед номером, також система оприскування.
Жили в сімейному номері на першому поверсі.
Самі номери трохи старі та потребують реновації.
Спочатку нас заселили в номер, де воняло цвіллю і відразу почалася астматична алергія у мене та доньки. На наступний день нас переселили в нормальний номер, де такий проблем не було.
We had a great stay! The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious and always fresh, and the pools were well maintained. The activities were also very enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

Хороший немаленький двухместный номер, ежедневно сменяемые полотенца. С питанием все отлично - всегда есть выбор вкусных как готовых блюд, так и готовящихся непосредственно в ресторане, овощи, зелень, фрукты. При размещении отелем были учтены наши пожелания - большое спасибо! Расположение отеля одновременно и его плюс, и минус - до набережной идти минут 15, но именно за счет удаленности от моря не слышно вечерней музыкальной и немузыкальной жизни кафе и пабов.
Это не недостаток, но было бы здорово, если бы турецкий чай был не только на завтрак, но и на обед и ужин :).

Not very clean rooms at all! They weren’t cleaning the bathroom everyday although they had cleaning service everyday. The bed sheets weren’t clean enough.

Il faut changer les jeunes serveurs du bar qui font la tête et ils ne sont pas serviable ( seul la dame Mine qui est souriante et serviable )
Отель расположен в тихой части прибрежного Олюдениза, до пляжа и самой движухи действительно минут 10. Так же до фуникулера достаточно близко, можно взять такси, стойка рядом с отелем. Есть парковка для гостей отеля, она забита плотно, поэтому ключ от машины гости оставляют на ресепшен, чтоб сотрудник мог переставить ее. Понравился сам номер, есть все необходимое, убирались хорошо, мыли полы каждый день. Так же хочу отметить бассейн для взрослых-это было наше спасение от толп туристов с детьми и громкой анимации. Вечером готовят коктейли, проводят шоу, отель утихает только в 23.00
Для меня было шумновато, даже днем после обеда не поспать)) Не хватило мясных и рыбных блюд, в меню только грудка курицы и жестковатая говядина. Понимаю, что это может связано с ценником, да и были мы всего 3 дня, но хотелось бы например рыбы на гриле. При этом овощные блюда, салаты и сыры превосходны!

La nourriture et l'extérieur était exceptionnelle. Je recommande fortement tout sauf les chambres.
Franchement je suis très déçus des chambres. Au début ils nous ont mit dans une chambre très ancienne et on a demandé a changer et ils nous ont changé de chambre le lendemain, bref on a changé de chambre. La deuxième chambre correspondait aux photo. Mais les sanitaires sont catastrophiques, eau qui coule... Mais la chambre ca allait.
