Will return says it all
Pros:

Absolutely excellent 👌 superb stay weather was beautiful which allowed us to lay by the pool with padded sun loungers wonderfully decorated which I have used as inspiration for my own home. Upgraded free to the superior rooms as hotel almost end of season. Family introduced themselves 100% recommend. Breakfast was outstanding and our maid also.

Pros:

Хороший отель, просторный, красивая территория. Номер был удобный. Завтрак был очень вкусный и разнообразный. Рядом много ресторанчиков и есть магазин с продуктами. Сразу возле отеля есть остановка, легко добираться до пляжа. Но пешком до пляжа очень далеко, в жару не дойти.

Cons:

В душе не было горячей воды. Была только теплая.

С трудом вытерпели две ночи.
Pros:

Самое лучшее в этом отеле подборка музыки и бело голубые краски отеля, как в Греции.

Cons:

Не понравилось почти все! А это маленькие тесные старые номера с ужасно неудобными продавленными матрасами и толстыми подушками, неуправляемый кондиционер с выдувом прямо в лицо, завтрак очень среднего уровня, а самое ужасное, что официанты устраивали сортировку объедков и грязных тарелок вымазывая их салфетками прямо перед нашим столиком за завтраком, а когда мы попросили передвинуть телегу и не делать это перед моей семьей за завтраком, официант стал спорить и говорить что так нужно. Также уборка столов была отвратительной с грязными циновками, пятнами и крошками на столе. Имейте ввиду, что отель кишит комарами, мы искусаны все, мы рады что остались там всего на 2 ночи.

Really enjoyed our stay again at this hotel and would happily book again.
Pros:

A great hotel in a perfect location if you want to be away from the main strips but still be able to access restaurants and shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff. The attached Italian restaurant has tasty pasta and pizzas on offer.

Cons:

HB when booking property didn’t seem to be an option this year and it felt like it made a difference to the ambiance of an evening. If people wanted to stay for the buffet there was a charge on the day but not many people seemed to take this up. I think if a small discount was offered on the Italian menu for hotel guests, more people would stay around the hotel in the evening spending their money, in turn encouraging more to do the same as the whole atmosphere would change

Pros:

Basic but adequate its the first time we have stayed in a standard room. Nice clean comfy beds, good breakfast selection and lunchtime menu. Afternoon tea is a nice touch.

Cons:

Some external areas could use a thorough clean a little but lacking. The sun beds are looking a bit old and tired and many need replacing. Very poor or no wifi , some connection by reception area none in the rooms.

An enjoyable stay at an excellent location.
Pros:

The location in Ovacik is ideal for the Dolmus into Hisaronu and Oludeniz or to Fethiye. The room was clean and quiet with all the facilities needed. The main pool was very good and the breakfasts didn’t disappoint. The manager Bora was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

WiFi was intermittent at times.

Great relaxing and comfortable value in beautiful Oludeniz
Pros:

A very relaxed environment in a nice hotel. Beautiful pool setting for breakfast. The breakfast was very complete with Turkish and International dishes, a coffee/tea bar and a pancake/eggs stand.

Pros:

Great atmosphere, nice location. Good breakfast. Turkish tea with cakes at 5 pm as a bonus was really nice too. A walking distance to the center where you can shop or have dinner at a restaurant.

Cons:

What I didn't like is that when we just arrived the room wasn't clean, the floor was dirty, the toilet seat was dirty with urine spots left from the precious guests and a cleaning lady instead of cleaning it just told me that these spots couldn't be erased (she touched them with her bare hand) , however when I was about to clean it myself she then tried to clean it and of course these spots were easily removed. So this argument was totally unnecessary, instead of convincing me it was clean when it was clear it wasn't she just needed to clean it, it was disgusting. Also after touching the toilet seat she then stretched her hand for a handshake introducing herself. She didn't bother to wash them first. Then she touched the door handle with that hand. I mean like really??? I had to sanitize everything by myself after her. She was polite though but her hygiene standards are questionable.
Regarding other upsetting things, the sea is far, you have to take a taxi or a bus.
