Ohne Bauarbeiten sicher schönes Hotel…. Hätte man sich entschuldigt und Kulanz gezeigt, wären wir sicher noch ein zweite

Superschönes Hotel mit liebevoller Ausstattung und Deko. Tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher auf den Zimmern.
Leider fanden während unseres Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten im Hotel statt. Darüber wurden wir leider nicht bei der Buchung informiert.
Sonntag Morgens von Hilti Bohrhammer und Flex geweckt zu werden und die Handwerker in lauten Diskussionen direkt unter dem Fenster stehen zu haben, kann einem den Kurzurlaub doch deutlich trüben.
Für mich ein deutlicher Grund dem Gast eine (Teil-) Rückerstattung des Übernachtungspreises (2Nächte für den Preis von 1er o.ä.) zu offerieren, doch die Reklamation beim Auschecken verpuffte…

Gediegene moderne Architektur und Ausstattung; sehr großes Zimmer (ebenso das Bad) mit stilvoller und praktischer Einrichtung; Küche und Service exzellent; Speisekarte auf Gourmet-Niveau; Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen; Personal sehr präsent und freundlich; persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Chef des Hauses (auch Küchenchef); warme und entspannte Atmosphäre; Fotogalerie in den Gängen; angenehm zurückgenommene und originelle Dekoration; großes Plus: keine Musikberieselung während der Mahlzeiten.

Sehr zentral gelegen, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar in 10 Minuten. Sehr geschultes, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Wunderschönes und großes Zimmer. Außergewöhnliche Pflegeprodukte. Das Abendessen im Restaurant sehr lecker mit aufmerksamem Service. Das Frühstück beeindruckend: das selbst gebackene Brot ist vorzüglich. Alles in allem: perfekt!

Gute zentrale Lage für Stadtbesichtigung. sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal im Restaurant. Sehr gute Küche. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer und es war mit unserem Hund sehr passend. Durfte in Frühstücksraum wie auch ins Restaurant mit.
