Das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Das Hotel sollte über einen Innenpool verfügen, welcher nicht nutzbar war. Das Badezimmer mit Schimmelfugen an Dusche , Waschbecken und Fliesen. Dreckiges Handtuch hinter der Türe. Wir reklamierten und es gab kein anderes Zimmer. Wir waren pünktlich angefahren obwohl man das Hotel ohne Orts- und Sprachkenntnisse und ohne Hilfe nicht finden kann. Das Geld wurde bereitwillig zurückgebucht, jedoch wurden 10 Euro ohne Grund einbehalten. Dafür könnte auch Booking.com verantwortlich sein. Nie wieder in dieses Hotel und nie wieder booking.com.

Mevki fena değil, kahvaltı düşük, fiyat uygun, personel ilgili.
Pros:

Kahvaltı ortalamada, az kişi konaklama olunca çeşit ve miktar azdı. Haşlanmış yumurta bile çoğu zaman soğuktu.

Cons:

İlk iki gün ısınma sorunu yaşandı. Tekrar iletişimi geçince tamir sonucu sorun çözüldü.

Receptionist behaviour

Cons:

Our stay at the hotel was fairly good overall. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful — we truly appreciate their behavior and cooperation.

However, there are several areas that need improvement. The room heater was not working, which made the nights quite cold. No bottled water was provided in the room. There were no hangers for clothes either — we had to call the reception to get them delivered later. The pillows were quite small, and the blanket was too short for two people to share comfortably.

Moreover, when we went for breakfast around 8:00 AM, we found that many items were already finished, which was a bit disappointing.

Still, the courteous attitude and helpful nature of the staff deserve praise. With a bit more attention to detail and better management, this hotel could offer a much more pleasant and comfortable experience.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel is worth staying at, On the positive side, I’d like to mention that Mr. Shpejtim and Mrs. Elonora were very friendly and kind, and their service really made our stay better.

Cons:

there are quite a few things that should be improved to reach a perfect standard. The shower facilities need better maintenance, and the internet connection in the room was not good at all. Surprisingly, one of the staff even told me that if the shampoo in the room is not good enough, I should go and buy one myself — which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
